This villa with pool, 250 m from the beach, is located in the small fishing village Premantura, bordering the nature park Cape Kamenjak. The vacation house captivates with its unique shape. The spacious interior and exterior offer enough space for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. On the first floor there is a spacious lounge with direct exit to the pool area, a laundry room, a guest toilet and an additional utility room. From the 1st floor a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the surroundings and the sea. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms. Explore the numerous beaches of Premantura and enjoy the variety of recreational activities. Experience the inland of Istria with vineyards and olive groves. Due to the quiet neighborhood and surroundings, this domicile is not suitable for a vacation of young people and groups, as well as for parties.

Bra storlek på pool men alla badkläder och handdukar blev missfärgade och färgen i poolen smetade av sig på både personer och saker. Vi saknade badhanddukar vid poolen, toalettpapper och en större kyl för att slippa köra och handla varje dag.
