Pool is very nice and communication from property management company was excellent. However, pictures on vrbo are dated and not an accurate reflection of the property as it exists today (fence door latch broken, furniture beaten up/stained and the lattice outdoor dining table is falling down onto the table. Basically property needs some TLC/upkeep to match the pictures.

We loved staying here. During this hot weather the pool was a godsend, along with the air conditioned house! Neighborhood was lovely, fine for an early morning walk. Host Shawn was attentive and always ready to answer any questions. Awesome place!

Overall this place is mediocre. The photos definitely hype it way up. The house is “clean” but it’s as if everything is stained and they try to mask it by throw covers, etc. The furniture is soo outdated and the bed mattresses were definitely a cost they kept way down. The entire bathroom next to the garage entry needs gutted and quickly. The shower floor is being hidden by an elevated wood platform to mask probably tile or concrete that needed more work than they wanted to put out. The wood that is being used isn’t even meant for shower and you can smell the mold that is coming from underneath it. The entire bathroom is honestly something I’d be embarrassed to show guests. Also, found the biggest cockroach looking thing in there (and yes I have a picture) ..Kitchen is decent but stains on ceiling, cabinets are an eye sore, spider webs in the garden window, chairs are stained and dirty and hidden by chair covers .. Dining room is decent and functional.. Living room I did not feel comfortable sitting on the couch after seeing how many stains and filth is stained into it and once again attempted to be hidden. All of the other bedrooms and additional bathroom is okay and serves its purpose. Shower curtains in all bathrooms are disgusting… The outdoor area is all picture; pool was gross and this is even after allegedly it was cleaned during our stay, outdoor lights didn’t work, and everything outside looks wayy different than the images. Out of characters or I would type more -B

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend hosting Brandi. After her stay, she left a public review containing numerous serious allegations about the condition of the property that were not supported by any documentation provided to us and were inconsistent with the condition in which we have proudly maintained this home for our guests. Our property has consistently been well maintained, and we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home. We strongly disagree with the characterizations made in the review and do not believe they fairly reflect the property. Based on our experience, I would not host Brandi again and cannot recommend her to other hosts.

All perfect! Great pool and pool area. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well-supplied. LA freeways always suck but we mostly did OK at the hours we were driving. Oversll, highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY

My experience during the past 8 days staying was spectacular as we were given multiple access to many opportunities within the house that further enhanced the comfortably within our stay. Wonderful home!

There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and all amenities were provided. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our food. The owner/host was attentive and qickly responded when we had questions. We get together as a family once a year and we will be booking at this home again!

Really Great Place

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Shawn was a terrific host, making sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The check-in process was easy and efficient. The property is clean, spacious and well appointed. The backyard is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the California sunshine. Shopping is close by and the location is close to major LA freeways. We had a great stay!
