In the green north of Brandenburg, between water and meadow, lies the harbor village Zerpenschleuse. In the first row to the water presents itself this beautiful house in Scandinavian style.

Enjoy the magnificent view of the water and the hustle and bustle of the sport boat harbor directly from your terrace. Let the day end with a wonderful barbecue evening, a grill is at your disposal. As a highlight of the house you can use your own private jetty.

Your vacation home is furnished for 4 persons. The first separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other bedroom with two single beds. In the living room on the first floor as well as on the gallery there is a cozy sofa bed in each room. This gives you two additional sleeping places with enough privacy.

Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home, you can warm up again in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room after a walk along the icy lake or through the snow-covered forests. The stove brings cozy warmth and a cozy place for the whole family.

Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.

In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.

The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
