When you first open the door all you see is ocean, as you enter the back patio, the entire complex can be viewed and all the action. 3 King beds/2 with bathroom suites and 1 main bath for 3rd bedroom. Queen sleeper sofa. Fantastic ocean views and desert views with no building obstructing the front or back of Rubi. Newly furnished and remodeled. Large kitchen with open layout to great room. Enjoy your large ocean view while preparing your meals or dining with friends. This beauty features views of the desert, golf course, Cholla Bay, and Puerto Penasco and community on the entrance side (no condos to block your views), and a large semi-circle patio giving you great ocean and resort views. Just steps to the beach and amenities. Smart TVs in each bedroom, 76-inch Smart TV in Great Room. Family Friendly Vacation

We had a great stay with our family of 6. Plenty of room for all of us! The host was great with communicating directions on getting us there and everything was easy once we arrived! The place had everything we needed and would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for large family

How great it was to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very roomy and clean with Great views, easy parking. Was a perfect get away. Bring laundry soap, dish soap and paper towels as the store on site did not sell these items and we found we needed them. We would stay here again for sure.

BEAUTIFUL

Lyn had a beautiful condo we rented for the weekend! Placed at the Ruby with GORGEOUS views of the surroundings. Very clean and well decorated. Every room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lyn was kind enough to stop by and say hello as well as drop off pool floats and fresh tortillas from her favorite spot. Ran into a speedbump, reached out and she was very prompt with responding fixing. My family enjoyed the stay and would love to rent again next summer from Lyn. Thank you again!! :)

we always stay here when down in Rocky Point and always have issues with check-in. Front desk blames everything on HOA and customer service.

We had such a great time, the condo was super clean, had everything we needed, and Lyn was the perfect host! We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this was one of my favs. Lyn left pool toys/tubes for us to use by the pool and on the last day dropped off tortillas! We will be back for sure! Thanks!

Why they chose this property

Rubi 1102 is known as the "Mini Penthouse. You have no buildings obstructing your views in the front or the back. Amazing ocean and desert/city views. You can see all the way to Cholla Bay on one side and all the way to Las Conchas on the other side of the back of the building. The patio facing the resort gives you all the panoramic resort views. You are steps to the action, but you are not right in the midst of the noise.
