Grosszügige Villa in toller Lage - perfekt für Familien

Die Villa liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig am Stadtrand und ist perfekt für Familien. Wir waren drei Familien mit 4 Kindern und hatten genug Platz, um uns auch mal in kleinen Gruppen im Haus zu verteilen. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, sowohl in der Küche, als auch bei den Spielsachen für kleinere Kinder und Pool. Unser besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück am bestens gepflegten Pool in der Morgensonne. Um den Pool ist kein Gras (wie auf den Bildern), sondern braune Fliesen in Holzoptik, welche sich wunderbar in der Sonne erwärmen. Der Gastgeber Roberto ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar, wenn man mal Fragen hat. Das Grundstück ist mit einem automatischen Tor verschlossen und die Zufahrt ist auch nachts zu Fuß ein Highlight, um in den Hecken eine Menge an Glühwürmchen zu beobachten. Zum Flughafen sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum Schiefen Turm ein wunderschöner Spaziergang in 30 Minuten. Den Turm kann man vom „grünen“ Bad aus sogar sehen. Sollte es doch mal regnen, findet man im Keller ein Sportzimmer sowie ein super ausgestattetes Billardzimmer und draußen geschützt unter Bäumen eine Tischtennisplatte sowie überdacht einen Kicker. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Pleasant spacious villa

The villa was very spacious and catered for every need. Well stocked with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. For those without a car public transport by bus is only 2 minutes away and by train only a short taxi ride away. Overall a very pleasant stay

Prachtig huis, veel ruimte. Aardige eigenaar, pizzaatjes en een fles wijn stond klaar.

Er komen nog wel flink wat kosten aan het eind vd week bij. Elektriciteit voor 1 week was even hoog als een maand rekening in Nederland. Schoonmaakkosten zijn ook erg hoog. We hebben wel erg genoten van het huis en omgeving. Fietsen bij het huis. Zwembad is mooi.

Urlaub für die Großfamilie

Wir sind mit maximal 9 Personen (einige Studenten) nach Pisa gereist und haben die Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter kennengelernt. Eine tolle Villa in der sie selbst 10 Jahre gewohnt haben und die viel Raum bot, toller Pool, schöne Tafel zum Abendessen und nach einem Spieleabend eine abschlißende Partie Billard. Ruhige Lagem Nähe zum schiefen Turm per Rad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolles Wetter und ein super Pizzeria in 500 m Entfernung, nur italienische Gäste.
