Thank you and you all were excellent guests! Hope to have you back again, know you are welcome anytime!
Clean, not old furniture or tore up, loved the individual, large freezer. Everything was as advertised. The shower was hot, if you wanted it and lots of pressure. Very good air conditioning. Did a load of laundry and detergent was provided. Very large lot to park our three trucks and trailers. Available garage if you needed to work on your buggy. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Again sorry for the inconvenience and that you were only able to cook inside the home. Finding someone to exchange the tank was not possible. Thanks for staying and leaving everything nice and clean upon departure.
This was the perfect property for trail riders, easy access in and out and convenient to several trail heads. The place was very cute, stayed nice and cool and has a garage which is so convenient for storing our UTVs, would recommend for anyone coming to the trails!
Excellent experience from start to finish , host answered all questions promptly and was super helpful. House was clean and very well stocked , Great overall place to stay will def stay again!!!

Truly sorry you did not enjoy your stay, I have not heard of any issues with the thermostat but I will have someone look into it. Not sure about any of the long-term neighbors ever being loud, but there are a lot of visitors and riders this time of year so it is possible a loud group was near by at another rental. That is not a common issue.
