What I love about this amazing property is the very large backyard deck with outdoor dining table and outdoor patio furniture, featuring a large fire pit for evening gatherings. You really couldn't ask for anything more when renting a property, this property has the most picture-perfect view within the Sudden Valley community.

Starting with a large recreational and activities center, a library, fitness center, two large community pools (one of the pools is for adults only), four beaches, marina, three picnic areas, two dog parks, four tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer court and baseball diamond. Not to mention the most beautiful, scenic and challenging golf course in the Pacific Northwest.
