This new semi-detached house is located near the town center. From here it is only a few meters to the museum harbor. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The outside of the house has a garden with a furnished terrace and invites you to relax. A parking space is in front of the house. The Fereinhaus also offers you storage space for your bicycles.

On the ground floor of the approx. 76m² semi-detached house there is a spacious and friendly area for cooking, eating and living. There is also a guest toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms (2 each a double bed, a single bed) and a spacious shower room and thus offers enough space for the whole family. All windows are equipped with roller shutters and there are tiles or Layed laminate. WiFi is accessible without cost. A high-quality equipment ensures appropriate living comfort. Sufficient availability is reserved when booking optional additional services.

Einfach schön
Tolles modern ausgestattet Haus in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Ideal auch mit kleinem Gartem zum Spielen für die Kinder und zum ausruhen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Einziges Manko, das die Schlafzimmer doch recht klein sind. Würden aber dennoch jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der Urlaub in Carolinensiel war perfekt.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.
Im Sommer ist der Garten mit Terrasse ein schöner Platz zum ausruhen und zum Sonne tanken. Das Haus liegt schön zentral, man kann alles, auch zu Fuß, gut erreichen.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen im August 2019 in diesem bestens ausgestatteten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Bäcker) sind wortwörtlich um die Ecke. Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten.

Das Ferienhaus lag in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage.
Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, bietet genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene Personen und wurde durch die Besitzer sehr schön eingerichtet. Man findet im Haus alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht und besonders die Küche ist super Ausgstattet mit allem was man für ein leckeres Frühstück oder für ein schönes Abendessen benötigt. Durch die gute Lage des Ferienhauses waren es nur ca. 5min. Fußweg ins Zentrum von Carolinensiel. Dort liegt auch der wunderschöne historische Hafen welcher in der Weihnachts- und Neujahrszeit mit dem verbundenen Wintermarkt einfach nur traumhaft ist. In nur 2min. Fußweg ist auch der nahegelegene Supermarkt zu erreichen in dem man alles findet was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht.

Super Ferienhaus !
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt . Alles ist sehr gepflegt , neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Was uns auch begeistert hat , ist die Ausstattung insgesamt : es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht , vom Fön bis zu sämtlichen Küchengeräten - perfekt .
Ideal ist auch die Lage , man kann gut in den Ort laufen und der Supermarkt ist nur
um die Ecke.
Erwähnen wollen wir auch die sehr gute Organisation und Betreuung vor Ort durch Promega
