Beautiful, sunny and beach style apartment, on the ground floor,700 m. from Dune

Bad8, a wonderful place near the beach, everything you need for a great stay is on hand.

Situated on the ground floor, near the beach, dunes, village, supermarket and forest. But still a very quit place where you can have a peaceful Holliday.

Bad8, with 50sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people and a child. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with new box springs (bedroom with shutters, so really dark), a spacious renovated bathroom, hall and a living-dining room with a new sofa bed (200 x 160).
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven and new kitchen appliances like a senseo and filter coffee machine and inductionplate.
The terrace and the adjoining lawn green area is facing south and is very private.
A lockable storage facility for bicycles is available. The small holiday complex was added to the "Bad Hotel Callantsoog", whose facilities can be used for a fee (breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks).

BBQ and open fire are not allowed, dogs must be on a leash on the lawn, we have a pin for this on the terrace with a long wire.

Overall good apartment, with a lot of things to pay attention to. Can’t shower and cook dinner at the same time. But good for dogs because of the garden. It’s alright for a few days.

Leider waren wir sehr unzufrieden. Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren Hunden fĂŒr ein wochenende dort.Wir hatten unsere BettwĂ€sche vergessen und hatten gehofft noch eine Alternative zu bekommen. Doch die Decken dort waren voller Hundehaare ( wurde definitiv nicht gesĂ€ubert) und wir mussten diese erstmal grĂŒndlich ausschĂŒtteln und lĂŒften. Neben uns war eine nette Dame von einem anderen Anbieter und diese konnten sich fĂŒr solche FĂ€lle, BettwĂ€sche mieten. Bei uns gab es keine Option, wir mussten neue kaufen in einem GeschĂ€ft. Es hat unglaublich unangenehm in dieser Wohnung gerochen! Die WeinglĂ€ser waren beschĂ€digt, es gab kein Zewa, kein SpĂŒhlmittel, kein Geschirrtuch und das Geschirr hat ebenfalls gestunken, so dass wir es vor der Benutzung erst einmal sauber machen mussten. Es ist sehr kĂŒhl dort eingerichtet, vor allem das Bad...Kein kleiner Vorleger fĂŒr die FĂŒĂŸe, kein einziges Handtuch, nichts. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hellhörig und der Weg zum Strand war auch lĂ€nger als angegeben. Auf der Gartenwiese hatten die Hunde keinen Auslauf (offene GrĂŒnflĂ€che fĂŒr alle Hunde im ganzen Haus). Die Couch und die Decke war ebenfalls voller Haare, auch die Kissen auf den StĂŒhlen sind uralt-muffelig. Wir hĂ€tten ĂŒber all das hinwegsehen können, doch leider war auch der Gastgeber diesbezĂŒglich nicht verstĂ€ndnissvoll. Wir zahlten im Vorraus eine Menge Geld fĂŒr den Reinigungsservice, doch man MUSS so viel selbst erledien! Und es wird noch mehr verlangt am Ende! Nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fußweg bis zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten. Einziges Manko: man darf auf der Terrasse leider nicht grillen und der Hinweis fehlte bei der Beschreibung komplett! Dieses sollte man Ă€ndern. Ansonsten war alles super!

Ich war mit einer Freundin und zwei kleinen Hunden fĂŒr eine Woche im Urlaub in Callantsoog. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings wĂ€re es schön gewesen, wenn einige grundlegende Dinge wie Seife, SpĂŒlmittel oder ein SpĂŒltuch vorhanden gewesen wĂ€ren. Die Endreinigung mussten wir selbst durchfĂŒhren, was problemlos geklappt hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

In unserem Fall handelte es sich um eine Erdgeschoßwohnung. Sehr ruhig, zu Fuß 20 Minuten ins Dorf/Strand, mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Alles zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und sauber. Leider war das Grillen nicht erlaubt. Ansonsten können wir das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Leider entsprach das Appartement nicht den Bildern im Internet. Das Sofa war ein anderes, die Terassenmöbel waren andere eher unbequeme aus schwarzem Polyrattan, das Schlafzimmer ohne Wandleuchten und keine NachtschrÀnke. Die Sauberkeit war eher mangelhaft. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, unkomplizierter Check in/out, herzlicher und ebenfalls unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Diane, der Vermieterin ĂŒber Whats App. Die Lage ist so, dass man in 10-15 Min. zu Fuß sowohl am Strand, als auch im Dörfchen ist. Bei uns hat das Prinzip " jeder hinterlĂ€sst die Wohnung fĂŒr den kommenden Gast sauber" sehr gut funktioniert - alles war in Ordnung. Mit Arbeitsteilung waren wir zu dritt dann auch zĂŒgig durch mit dem Putzen zum Schluss. Diane hat alles sehr detailliert beschrieben, man erhĂ€lt diese Infos vorab und es gibt auch einen dicken Info Ordner. Callantsoog selber besticht durch den kilometerlangen, unverbauten Strand (kein Slapen op Strand, kaum StrandhĂ€uschen), reichlich Strandbuden, in denen man bis 22h zu sehr angenessenen Preisen essen und trinken kann - mit wundervollem Blick auf's Meer. Wir empfehlen einfache Fritur Snacks z.B. im "de Stern".
