About this property

The house is located just below the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the heart of Creve Coeur with ample parking. It is a unique house on two floors, where we live in with an atrium and the guess room is on the other side ideal for a single person or couple. We are a family of 4 who live on the property, my wife and maid takes care of the cooking and cleaning. They make delicious lunches and dinners. We provide breakfast with the room. The room is independent with a fan, you have a private shower, and guess toilet/sink just outside your room. You will also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals or we can provide meals for extra Rs350 fee if you want to have dinner with us or in the atrium or garden.

Hi, I am Sebastien the owner of this beautiful spacious house where we live with my wife Felicia with our two kids Shane 6 years and Marine Oceanne 3 years. They go to school and I work from home with my wife. We will be your host for all your needs. I fell in love with Rodrigues on my first visit in 2013, and came back with my wife and son in 2018. While looking to buy for a plot of land I met the owner of this house whom I offered to buy the house then. He wanted a little more than I had and told him should he sell he should let me know that I would but this house. In 2021 he told me the house is n the market so I was first to put a deposit to secure it and paid it in full that same year. A dream come true for our small family who finally made it in 2022 after all the Covid restrictions were lifted.

The house is a lovely hacienda Spanish style with wooden doors and windows.
It is charming hence "Villa Coup De Coeur. The guest room is inside the atrium on its own, it is two single beds, an a small bathroom, toilet and kitchen area is separate. You are totally independent. We have a lovely outdoor patio and pool you can use for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The guest room has an access via main road.
You are walking distance to Port Mathurin 3 mins walk.
There is a shop across the road for all your daily needs water, soft, beer, biscuit, yogurt etc...

There is no refund policy, if you cancel or shorten your holidays we will NOT REFUND YOU.
We ask all guest to respect this house rule.
Water is scarce is Rodrigues so please quick showers only. No let tap run and waste water. Please all showers must be brief under 1 min else you will empty the tanks and be without water.
1- No smoking on the rooms, or kitchen, only allowed in the lounge, atrium and patio.
2- No Pets allowed as we have 2 young dogs.
3- No (Big) Parties meaning no outside guests.
