The big bedrooms are themed from some of Texas' most sought after areas like Austin, West Texas, Down on the Border, Lake LBJ and of course our beloved beach area, South Padre Island. There are 9 beds. Two kings, four queens, and three twins. There is a patio in the shared backyard. And a large front porch.

Motorcycle Weekend

We came down for an Indian Motorcycle Rally. We had friends from North Carolina, California and Texas. The house is perfect for our needs. We all had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own spot, which was perfect for all of us! The kitchen is huge, which was great for cooking Father’s Day dinner with the family. And we loved sitting on the front porch watching the deer and birds. Overall, it was a perfect weekend!

Dropping our daughters off at college

We had an amazing time here. The house is very big and open. The kitchen has everything you need. The host (Martha) is amazing and so accommodating. This is our second stay here and we will be back for sure.

Very spacious house

Reminded me of a farm house my uncle in Oklahoma had. Big rooms with plenty of space and seating for a big family retreat. Older acreage subdivision. Extremely quiet neighborhood.

Schreiner Graduation

We had family and friends visiting for graduation. The house was excellent and met all of our needs. It was spacious and we were able to accommodate all of our guests with room to spare. Martha was a gracious host and very responsive to questions and requests throughout our stay in Kerrville.

I rent a house every year and this is by far the best place. The beds are awesome. Pics do not do it justice. The host was amazing to deal with. Best communication i have ever had. Wish we could give a better rating than 5 stars. We already making plans to come back next year

Better than expected

Each bedroom was comfortable with museum-worthy decorations. The “common areas” had ample and varied seating selections. Provided were many choices of games, books, puzzles and ways to watch movies. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully kept. The highlight for our stay was watching the area deer wander through the streets!

Mother visit

Location was excellent for us. Close to Kerrville activities. Damage deposit is excessive. Assuming I will receive full refund. Despite very positive experience, I will use different service next time to avoid damage deposit.

Awesome for families or large group of friends.

Very nice, awesome kitchen. We were in Kerville for an early family Thanksgiving gathering and needed to prepare some of the food that morning. Was really perfect for our needs. Lots of space!
