Fabulous Park Shore Lakeside Home, Ideally situated, and perfect in all respects.

This beautiful home situated in the heart of Park Shore provided wonderful accommodation with spectacular western views over the Lake towards the Gulf. Exceptionally clean, everything we could require for the vacation, supported by the owners who are close by if needed, Would highly recommend and we will once again look forward to next year and another wonderful time in this fabulous home.

Fantastic Accommodations

This year was our second stay at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time in 2011. We have a three year old son, and having a house with a pool that is only a five minute drive to a private beach is absolutely perfect. The house has always been immaculate (and we're pretty picky), with all of the amenities that you could want/need. We cooked many of our meals on the BBQ which is far more convenient (and cheaper) than eating out with a young child. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly and requests were fulfilled in short order. I personally used the bicycles provided for a number of rides and the pool toys were put to good use every day. Why would we buy our own vacation property, when we can enjoy this home worry-free! We hope to be able to visit every year. It is absolutely wonderful.

Villa is well situated with beautiful views down lake. Easy walk to Waterside shops. Short drive / cycle ride (many bikes available) to Beach with Private Beach access. Villa well appointed and exceptionally clean. We have visited multiple times and remain impressed. Owners next door so easy to approach if required.

Perfect House and Setting

This is our second visit to the house and often when you go back somewhere you wonder whether it will be as good as you remember but in fact we loved the house even more. Fantastic outside and inside space with so many different areas to sit in so all the family were happy. Beautiful new master bathroom and great bikes to cycle into town. Fred and Shelly are so helpful, the perfect hosts. The house and location are perfect for a trip to Naples.

Wonderful location in Park Shore

We are three time visitors to Shelly and Fred's lovely house and it has never let us down. The lakeside location is such a special bonus; we have spent many happy hours watching the assortment of birds that visit the lake and the sunsets are simply amazing, with the sky a blaze of red, blue and orange. The house has everything you would hope for in terms of equipment; lots of cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, laundry and towels. The pool area is spacious and well maintained. The beach parking, which is included, is so convenient and the beach itself is just a joy; soft white sand, clean and with the most amazing assortment of wildlife. We watched pelicans and dolphins every day and even spotted turtles there, alongside all the other beach-combing birds. Shelly responds to any questions quickly and readily. We will happily return again.

Fabulous for the second time

This is the second year in a row for my family of four to visit Naples and stay in this beautiful home. It is furnished nicely and has all of the basic amenities that you would ever need. We spent a lot of time enjoying the covered patio, especially during the beautiful sunsets, and spent a lot of time in the pool. The private beach is by far one of the nicest beaches around and all of the beach equipment is available for your use. There are a variety of shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants and activities all within a very short distance from the house making this a great central location. Shelly and Fred are always so helpful and make the rental process very easy. It's a special place that we will go back to again and again.

Relaxing Paradise, third times in Naples and the first time in this 5* Villa. A beautiful home and amazing location for having relaxing time and wonderful vacation. Paradise in The Sun

We visited Naples for the fourth time and firmly believe we have found the ideal place to stay. The villa was extremely clean, very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Shelly called by to see that everything was ok on our arrival, and she was on the end of a telephone to help with any problems we might have had. The pool area overlooking the lake was wonderful, as was the private beach that was no more than a five minute drive away. The use of the beach pass was fabulous. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the area felt very safe to walk about in. Park Shore is the best area in Naples that we have found to stay. Highly recommended.

An Excellent rental property

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this very well appointed and pristine home. It is in a quiet road, within less than 10 minutes walk of the Waterside shops and has a supermarket, drugstore and a number of good restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. It certainly lives up to its website description. Shelly was a delight to deal with and she and Fred make sure that renters want for nothing. The beach pass was an added bonus, getting around the need for either a Residents' beach parking permit or a pocketful of change when going to the beach. For the more energetic, the 4 bikes look as though they'd be very useful. The pool and large lanai would easily accommodate a large family. This is a highly recommended rental property and one I'd certainly like to get back to - sooner rather than later!

One of the BEST rentals we have ever booked!!!!

Our recent stay at this property was so fun and relaxing we hated to leave. Owners, Fred and Shelly, were so gracious and accommodating to all of our needs. Their home offered everything one could wish for......Beautifully decorated, very clean inside and out, spacious rooms with a beautiful master bedroom and two decent size additional bedrooms, three full baths and a large half bath, a large kitchen fully stocked with plenty of seating. The outdoor area was outstanding, spacious, very private with the screened lanai, large grill, two lovely spacious seating areas with large umbrella's for those who want to avoid the sun, loungers, glider, heated pool, pool toys, bikes and canoe. Could not ask for more. Most outstanding was the stunning sunsets right from our own private backyard/pool area. In addition to this beautiful home was its proximity to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, beaches.....all walking or biking distance away. And only a few miles by car is 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South full of upscale shops, fantastic restaurants, and more beaches to enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets. This lovely home easily accommodated us three couples that rented this property for the week and for part of that week our daughter joined us making it seven adults. Plenty Plenty of room. Thank you Fred and Shelly.....your graciousness is evident in this lovely rental home. We had such a memorable, relaxing, very enjoyable, fun vacation. We will be back.

Beautiful home, amazing location, everything you could ask for!!!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend with my brother and his gf and had a wonderful time. The house was in immaculate condition and we had everything we could possibly have needed. The location was perfect. With the bikes the owners supplied, we were able to ride to shops, restaurants, and the beach without a problem. The heated pool was a nice bonus. Before we finished our stay, my wife was already thinking of when we could return next!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!

This was our third stay in this lovely Naples home and there are plenty of reasons we return each year. For a group of four to six girlfriends this home has been a home away from home for us each November....and it offers everything we could ever want in a vacation rental. From the minute you walk in the door the view of the beautiful lake behind the home is breathtaking. The floor plan of the home is open yet offers privacy with the split floor plan and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and open to the familyroom and gorgeous lanai with pool. Recent renovations of the master bathroom and the addition of a half bath off the entry are beautiful and a true reflection of great taste. The location of the home is perfect....walking distance to the beach and the lovely Waterside shops and is close to all of the sites and attractions that Naples has to offer. Lastly, Shelley and Fred; the owners of this home, are very pleasant to work with and very attentive to the needs of their guests. We'll be back for sure!!

Beautiful Park Shore home with spectacular west lake views

My husband and I had a amazing visit in this Park Shore home. The moment we walked through the front door and saw the most spectacular west view of the lake and pool, we felt our vacation just started. The open floor plan surrounds a huge screened in lanai with two eating areas, lounge chairs for sunning or relaxing, and a beautiful heated pool. The interior of the home has been updated and remolded. We enjoyed the spacious well appointed kitchen that even sits 6 at the center island. The kitchen opens up to open airy family room that has a full wall of open sliding doors for the option of feeling the outside world. We truly enjoyed this room. We loved the spacious master bedroom with the spectacular western views. The master bathroom was just remodeled upon our arrival. Very spacious and beautiful. The powder room was also a new addition to this home. The owners are members of a private beach that we used often. We also loved that we were so close to the wonderful exclusive shops and restaurants. The owners, Fred and Shelly, created this beautiful rental home to "feel" like home. The communication and payment transactions were quick and professional. My husband and I loved this home so much, it was very sad to leave. We are looking forward to our next return. Our family had an amazing stay on the property. It was impeccably clean upon arrival and very well appointed with a wonderful open floor plan and huge screened in lanai with pool. Having access to the private beach and being within walking distance to our favorite shops makes the location of the home fantastic for all ages. We appreciated all of the child friendly water toys, pack and play, and high chair for our use as well. The communication and payment transactions with the owner was professional and quick. We were sad to see our vacation end, but we already have plans to come back next summer! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

High Marks!

This was our 4th year staying at this property and it just keeps getting better and better. The location, the view, the pool are fabulous- not to mention the house which is updated, spacious and comfortable and equipped with anything and everything you could want. From bikes to baby gear to the well stocked kitchen and entertaining gear, Shelly and Fred keep adding and improving and striving to make their tenants feel welcome and "at home". Tranquility

WOW - Just returned from a much too short vacation. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. While we knew there were MANY things to do within walking distance or a short drive, it was just so relaxing sitting on the patio by the pool. Everything you need or want was provided. We only left to go to the nearby grocery store or restaurants. Majestic sunsets over the lake were an added bonus to an already perfect home. We highly recommend this home - you will not be disappointed!

When the adjacent property to our present home became available for sale; we decided to purchase it to use for friends visiting. It also has a beautiful lakefront view.

Comments from a past tenant: 'Our stay at 4825 West Boulevard, in Naples could hardly have been any better. The house is wonderfully decorated and has a terrific layout for relaxing at pool side or being inside looking out over the pool through large glass sliding doors. Terrific location! Close to the beaches and only a short bicycle ride to the heart of Old Naples with the shops and restaurants. (Bikes provided for by landlord). Picturesque setting for evening sunsets over the lake looking west. This home had all of the amenities that we had hoped to find in a beautiful part of Florida!'
