Enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our apartment, with 87 m² and a 34 m² terrace where you can soak up the sun and fresh air. The apartment is ideal for up to 6 guests and offers plenty of space for relaxing days with family and friends.

The thoughtfully designed layout ensures a comfortable environment. The first bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has additional space for another person. In the cozy living area, equipped with a sofa bed for up to 2 guests, you can relax and enjoy SAT-TV and the Loxone music server.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and is fitted with a ceramic cooktop and a Nespresso coffee machine. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet.

The inviting communal pool area is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Here, you can unwind on comfortable sun loungers or retreat under a sunshade. A practical outdoor shower is also available.

For your convenience, there is a designated parking space right outside the door, as well as a paid E-charging station for electric cars.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. In only 5 minutes, you can reach the nearby pebble beach with clear water – perfect for snorkeling or relaxing.
