Welcome to 428 Red Cedar Way, an elegant three-story, 5,000-square-foot retreat in WaterColor's Camp District. With space for up to 16 guests, a private pool and spa, and a central location, this home is perfectly crafted for unforgettable gatherings with family and friends.

From the moment you arrive, wraparound porches invite you in to relax. Inside, natural light fills the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, where thoughtful details create a warm, inviting space. The gourmet chef's kitchen, with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, flows into a dining area with seating for eight, plus four more at the breakfast bar. The main floor also offers a cozy guest room with a king bed and access to the porch.

On the second floor, the luxurious master suite features a king bed, wood-burning fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the pool. Its ensuite bathroom boasts a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and marble finishes. Additional king and queen bedrooms on this floor each have their own private baths and charming porches.

The third floor offers a casual lounge with a sectional sofa and large TV, two custom twin-over-queen bunk beds, and another master suite with a king bed, desk, and spa-like bathroom, making this level ideal for families.

Perfect Vacation Home in Water Color!

Our family of 12 really loved this home in Watercolor! It had plenty of space for all of us and was in a great location. Enjoyed the bikes and 6 seat golf cart amenities. The beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. I recommend this home!

Wonderful home in Watercolor!

Absolutely loved this rental in Watercolor! It comes with a golf cart and bikes, so you can easily get around the area. My kids absolutely loved camp watercolor and the beach club. The house itself is huge and had plenty of space for my entire family (5 adults and 2 kids). Everyone even had their own toilet. If you’re going to cook here, be warned that the house doesn’t come with any seasonings, oil, etc. the kitchen is bare, but Publix is very close! 5 star VRBO all around!!

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our family. Great location and I loved the porch swing! Our teens had a great time and so did we. We love Watercolor💙. Only complaint I had was the master shower had black mold as well as jets in tubs. I let them know upon check out and they were going to let housekeeping now. Kitchen was fully stocked plenty of everything for those that cook. Hope to return again.

Generally speaking the property is good. The make up of bedrooms/beds & baths worked for our group but maybe a little tight with more than two families. The amenities in the house could use a little love - The washer & dryer are very dated. The kitchen is equipped but definitely could use a few more things (like more drinking glasses). Little things like that. The house is pretty. The front porch is great. But, the money other properties are a bit more “high end” than this one. Also parking is tight. It barely fits two cars and you have to shuffle to get cars/carts/bikes out. We had a delightful time it wouldn’t be my pick to stay again, but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker either.
