Rent bikes or golf cart to cruise 30A and easily access all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place, Blue Mountain, Grayton Beach, Seaside and more! Head to nearby Stinky's Fish Camp for breakfast or dinner for the area's best oysters. * Home Layout- Open living and kitchen areas on main level with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level of the cottage. Primary bedroom is spacious, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are smaller, but cozy. There are stairs up to the main level of the home, and stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms. Also stairs from the back patio down to the fenced-in backyard.

** Attention Guests- You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property. You must also sign the renter’s agreement. Lastly, you are required to pay the refundable security deposit of $600.00 before your arrival. This deposit will be held on your credit card 2 days prior to your arrival. Failure to agree to these terms will result in denial of your reservation.

* PET POLICY- we are a dog-friendly home, but you will be charged a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Dog size/breed must be pre-approved before booking. Maximum 1 dog allowed and under 50 lbs.

* Optional 6 seater Golf Cart Rental:
All drivers of the golf cart must be 21+ and must provide a valid drivers license and current insurance card, as well as sign a waiver of liability and rental agreement. Additional fees apply.

**Security cameras are located outdoors on the property at the front, side and back patio areas.

Great stay

This was a really beautiful home and an amazing stay. Very family / dog friendly and the pool was an easy walk from the home. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk , which wasn’t bad because I needed the exercise. Overall I enjoyed my vacation!

Great Location

Great spot, close to the beach and super cute little “community”. We rented the golf cart which was fun and helpful to zip over to the beach. Brought our boys, 5 & 2 and everyone had a good time!

We had a nice stay. Place was well equipped, clean and convenient. The community pool gave a great break from the beach for our kids. Beach was easy to get to and not far. We rented the golf cart which made beach access/parking easier.

Perfect house for vacation

We had a great week at Saltwater High. Well stocked, clean, and good location. We stayed with our 11 month old and had to do minimal baby-proofing which was great. Kandace was a great host and we highly recommend this home.

Exceptional property

Very clean, well appointed home; exceptionally responsive host. Nice location in a small well manicured and quiet enclave walkable to the beach and within easy drives of restaurants, parks and hiking paths. If having more than one adult couple or guests, be aware that, as described, the guest beds are only doubles and that the stairs to the second floor might be too steep for older people. Overall one of the best places we've stayed.

Girl's Getaway

This was the perfect location for our girl's trip. The house was very clean and had all up-to-date appliances and everything we needed (i.e. towels, chairs, umbrellas) for a day at the beach. The intercom/ media system in the kitchen was definitely a plus and one of our favorite amenities!! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back to Santa Rosa and booking at this location again!

Good location, house is cute and had most of what we needed! Property Manager was very responsive and we loved the ease of using the on-site golf cart. It would be nice to have a second blow dryer and maybe some rain umbrellas at the property. Just for convenience!

Great place to stay

This home was perfect to rent for our stay at the beach. Less than 10 min golf cart ride to the beach and the pool was located just a short walk. Everything was as expected per the description on VRBO. We even rode the golf cart to Watercolor and Seacrest. Our beach vacation was awesome and coming home each day to this perfect home was a blessing. The host Kandace was very easy to communicate with and would definitely stay again. No issues what so ever. This home is located in a very nice small neighborhood and was very quiet.

A Beautiful Respite

This is a a lovely beach cottage with all the amenities. We even brought our beloved Sheppy. He loved the fenced in backyard and the dog cover for the furniture. Be sure to read all the helpful tips, Kandace provides-the best dining, must see places. She really is a great host. We plan to return to this house in the future! Love it! We opted for the golf cart. It was a really great decision.We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we did.

Relaxing first family vacation

We had a perfect vacation in late March. The property was impeccably clean, kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook meals, beach equipment available to use (chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels), bedrooms very comfortable for good night sleep after busy days in the sun. The fenced backyard and deck was perfect to relax as the kid(s) napped. Location was perfect for our family - community pool with grill only a few houses away and not crowded, beach located a few minutes down the road by car/golf cart and was pristine and not crowded. Would recommend golf cart rental as this made getting around the area towns and to and from beach very easy (and fun). Definitely recommend this property. We hope to rent it again next year!

Everything about staying here was wonderful. Such a cute house in such a great neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby with pristine white sand CLEAN beaches. This place has literally everything you need for a beach vaca - chairs, beach towels, etc. Kitchen amenities were top notch and the beds so comfortable. Kandace was incredibly helpful and responsive. Having access to the golf cart was key to easily getting around the area. Being able to bring our beloved Duke was a highlight as he enjoyed his stay just as much as we did. The fenced in back yard made it so easy. Can’t wait to return - sooner rather than later. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my small family last week & it was a lovely stay. Very communicative & accommodating property manager, Kandace, who had excellent suggestions for us. The location is convenient to locations on the Western end of 30A & the fenced in yard was perfect for the fur baby that we brought along. The property was very clean w/ luxury vinyl floors and modern with plenty of extras. Clean comfy sheets and fluffy towels, including the provided beach towels. The appliances were all updated and worked great (we didn't use the fridge water dispenser or ice, so I can't speak that those). There was quite a variety of beach equipment (toys, chairs, carts, umbrella), and it was SO NICE to not have to rent or pack those items. We also rented the terrific golf cart at a reasonable price from the owner which made it easy to get ice cream :) This property does back up to a road, but even during a holiday week, street noise wasn't problematic. The deck is mostly shaded by a large tree, which is great to have on sunny days. Used the pool daily and although it's not huge, there was plenty of space (if there were people there at all). Cute little community with a old school 30A feel. I'd suggest a trip over to Topsail Hill Preserve beach... it's not the easiest to get to, but was breathtaking. We've stayed in the area a few times now, and this rental did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Lovely Cottage and Neighborhood!

I can not say enough great things about this house and Kandace! Lovely, quiet neighborhood and a great location for all we wanted to do on 30A. The golf cart is a wonderful addition and makes cruising to the beach and along 30A so easy and fun. The house was VERY well stocked. Good quality pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, knives, etc. Much nicer than your typical VRBO rental and plenty of everything you need. All the beds/bedding were very comfortable. As stated in the description, the two extra rooms are smaller but are cozy. Our teenage sons had no complaints! The house was also very nicely equipped for our dog. They provided bowls, a bed, couch covers, extra leashes, and baby gates. So thoughtful and something you do not find in many PF rentals. Another thing I appreciated was the Dyson vacuum! I know that won't matter to some but it was definitely a nice bonus in my opinion. They really have thought of everything with this rental. The only thing that would make this house better than it already is would be a covered back deck. Unfortunately, it was very rainy the week we were there so the only place we could hang outside was on the front porch and it is only big enough for two people. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Perfect Get-Away Destination

This property was just perfect for our family of 3 (and our little dog too) - very clean, comfortable amenities, everything we needed to hit the beach and local destinations. The neighborhood was VERY quiet and easy driving distance to multiple public beaches. The community pool was clean and comfortable, we basically had it all to ourselves. Love It!

We had a great week with our 8 month old daughter’s first time at the beach (and vacation). The house was in a perfect spot that wasn’t too crowded, but it was close enough you can be at gulf place in minutes. Lexi was very helpful and communicated whenever needed, very easy to work with. The house itself had everything you need for your vacation. It was a great stay 10/10!
