This house has a STR permit through the city of Austin - License Number: OL Two Zero Two One One Two Zero Six Two Two.

This unique house is located on a corner lot across from the Grove - a brand new mixed-use development. The entrance is on the back of the house, with plenty of private parking spaces. There is private fencing throughout the premises, giving our guests additional privacy.

Upon arrival, guests will notice two stand-alone units: front and back houses.

Back house:

Enter the back house through the deck. Spot the bright orange door passed the cedar and bamboo trees. This unit has its separate living quarters, bathroom, and gourmet kitchen. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a daybed with trundle, a couch, and a 65" Smart TV.

The back house offers 3 beds, 1 full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed
Additional bed - 2 Twin beds (Daybed with trundle). Weight limit: 200 lbs for daybed, 75 lbs for trundle.

Front house:

Enter the front house through the screened porch. The porch is one of our favorite gathering areas with contemporary furniture, a 55'' Roku TV, ample space, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

Guests can then explore and enjoy the inside of this unique house, featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 comfortably. There is a complete gourmet kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Across from the kitchen is a wet bar featuring a fully stocked coffee bar. You can also find different tea selections in the wet bar.

Taking just a couple steps downstairs, guests will find a high-ceiling living room featuring a 70" Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seats for everyone to gather around and enjoy some quality time. Next to the living room is a designated office area with a garden view and many indoor plants. There is also a designated children's play-and-relaxing area, the loft, with a twin loft bed opposite the office. We have books, toys, and games on the shelves for everyone to enjoy.

The front house offers 5 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Additional bed - 1 Twin loft bed (Weight limit: 300 lbs for hang out, 200 lbs for sleeping)

Indoors:

This entire home offers 8 beds, 3 full baths, 2 sets of washers and dryers with plenty of space and seats throughout the premises.

Outdoors:

Perhaps one of the best features of this unique house is the "yard." Guests can explore throughout the premises a Zen garden, a flower bed, a vegetable garden, a mini orchard, and a Texan garden featuring a few Central Texas plants in whiskey barrels. In addition, guests can gather around the modern gas fire pit located near the front house to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine or some S'more.

Our yard also features one of the coolest stock tank pools, measuring 11 feet in diameter and 2 feet deep is the perfect size for everyone to sit-in and relax after a long day.

POOL CLOSURE - Our pool will be closed starting from the first weekend of November until the first weekend of April.

There is a small turf-grass area behind the back house featuring a hammock for anyone who is ready to take a nap.

There is also a larger turf area next to the hammock, which we've labeled a "Quiet Zone." This is a designated area for yoga and meditation practices.

A few last things:
1) Our guests can enjoy free access to complimentary snacks and drinks upon each arrival and complimentary bathroom accessories.
2) 2 bikes (1 for adults and 1 for children) are available for our guests free of charge. In addition, a few yoga mats are also available during your stay.
3) Moreover, our guests will get full access to Disney +, ESPN plus, and Hulu via 1 Gig Fiber internet.
