***PLEASE READ: Pool Deck Resurfacing Project - pool railings will be delivered the week of January 19, 2026. The removal of the old rails will be removed in sections beginning January 26, 2026, and will be completed by February 20, 2026, weather permitting. The tentative start date for the pool resurfacing will be February 23, 2026, and if all goes well it should be completed March 6, 2026*** Welcome to the RECENTLY UPDATED Summer House Unit 1005A, a condo just STEPS away from the blissful, beautiful beach of Orange Beach, Alabama. Our condo is in a gated community, owner managed, family approved, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation!

Spend your day on the wonderful, white sands of OBA while you bask in the sweet sunshine. Umbrellas and chairs are available to rent if you wish or you are welcome to bring your own. Take a brief, beach break and enjoy a swim in the two-level, oceanfront pool, or relax in the shade while you soak in the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Don't forget to check out the sauna and fitness room also located in the pool house!

Need a break from the beach and all things water? No worries! Summer House has you covered! Located directly across the street is our community center with a myriad of activities available to our guests. Tennis, pickleball, putting greens, basketball, games, and more! And something for the kiddos, a cool splash pad is available right across the street in the new Surf Style!

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready when it's time to eat...just bring the food! Make sure to splurge at least one night and enjoy one of the delicious restaurants nearby. Cobalt's is a family favorite and comes highly recommended! After dinner make your way to the oversized beachfront, balcony to sip drinks and rest in the breeze before bedtime.

When the time comes to settle in for the night, fully relax in a king sized bedroom with a private bathroom. Our 1st guest bedroom also has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with our 2nd guest bedroom, which has 2 full size beds. A full size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.

The unit is on the 10th floor and is the first condo to the right off the elevators. Several carts are available on the ground floor to help you get all your belongings up!

Parking: Guest Vehicle Registration Certificates can be purchased at the guard shack or Summer House office upon arrival. Summer House limits 2 certificates per condo. $50 per certificate. Parking spaces are first come, first served, however, there is an overflow parking lot available across the street if needed.

Although our family loves animals, we do not allow animals in the unit. Please, no smoking in the unit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Upon departure, please remove all trash and take to the trash chute, load soiled dishes, and START the dishwasher. Do not strip beds. Turn OFF all lights. Leave ceiling fans ON.
Please make sure the balcony doors are FULLY CLOSED and locked. Be sure main condo door locks upon departure.
Depart by 10:00 am on your scheduled departure date. Our cleaning service kindly asks that you text them when you depart so they may begin cleaning the unit. 251-610-9416
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was very clean, everything worked as designed, the unit has been updated and the decorations are lovely. We loved spending time on the balcony for breakfast and in the evening watching a storm roll through. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This condo was just as described. Amazing view of ocean and pool and balcony was just the right size. Icemaker in the condo was a great amenity! Great location and super close to a Walmart which was nice for groceries. Would stay here again if we come back to Orange Beach!!

We stayed there for a birthday weekend . Plenty of room for 6 guests . The view from balcony was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen had all necessary items we needed . Location was great . Plenty of shops within walking distance and very easy to get a Uber if needed . Our Host was very responsive and we would stay there again

Mother's Day Weekend

My best friend and I decided to bring out families to Orange Beach to celebrate Mother's Day. It was the absolute perfect getaway. The condo was perfectly located on the gulf and convenient to several activities and good food. The home had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the huge deck was a bonus. We would definitely book this location again.

Great place!

We loved our stay so much we are already planning our next trip! The unit is updated and clean. The pools are big enough for all of the guests but small enough that it doesn’t feel like a giant complex. The beach is just a short walk away and it’s easy to rent chairs and umbrellas! If we were to recommend anything it would be updated mattresses, but we still slept great! Thank you so much for opening your family vacation home to guests!

Stellar Stay

We had an amazing experience renting with Katelyn and Zac. They were both very helpful and kind during our stay. We had a minor issue with the toilet flusher popping as happens sometimes, but they were quick to get a maintenance request in for it. Our experience and stay was easy and stress free with more than enough space for our group of 8 to spread out and be comfortable. I 100% recommend renting with them.

Family Vacay May 2022

We absolutely had a wonderful time in condo 1005! It was easy to get all of our stuff up to the room, everything was clean and cozy and ready for some family fun! The best part of this condo is the balcony! I spent most of my time out on the balcony enjoying the breeze and the view abs of course people watching! The beds were comfortable and a lot of space for all of us. I Weill be going back. It was the best condo that we have stayed in a while!

Ahhmazing!!

The moment you walk into this condo, you can feel the tranquility of the water. All the cool tones, canvas sofas, shiplap, just everything whispers BEACH! The condo is beautifully decorated and updated. The beds are very comfy and the view is just incredible! And did I mention the ice machine?? That just had to be the cherry on top! We’ll definitely be back!!

Amazing views at this beach front condo to relax

This is a beautifully decorated beach condo on the ocean. The unit is very close to the elevator on the 10th floor, easy to access. The balcony has an amazing view of pools, beach, and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen and great ice maker make meal preparation easy for our family of 6. The beds and pillows were very comfortable in all 3 bedrooms. The washer and dryer was convenient for washing beach towels. The kids enjoyed playing in the soft white clean sand and warm ocean water. We enjoyed the outdoor pools daily. There were many lounge chairs by the pool, could always find an open chair. Swam in the indoor pool and hot tub when thunderstorms rolled in. There is also a gym and sauna. The condo is centrally located to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Beach Vacation!!

The condo was exactly like the listing. Wonderful place! Spent the mornings on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins with a cup of coffee while the teenagers slept. Enjoyed the beach (except for the jellyfish)! Overall, a wonderful vacation and birthday celebration!
