You have a minute's access to Midtown, the Gulch, and Downtown and all the fun Nashville has to offer. You can not get a better location than one of these homes in Nashville! Enjoy this modernized home next to several other brand new homes. The best thing about the area is that it's close enough that you have access to everything, but it's a fantastic neighborhood where young professionals and fun people live. The house comes fully equipped with alarm system and cameras. They aren't necessary but never hurt to have. There is nothing but fun on the interior! Within a 1/4 mile, you'll have hit downtown and midtown, which encompasses well over 100 restaurants and bars, a liquor store, Whole Foods, Publix, Turnip Truck, Virgin Hotel, W Hotel, all the offerings of the Gulch and Midtown. There is even the only centrally located park in Downtown Nashville across the street between the house and Broadway. So, you can take a stroll in the park or walk to Tin Roof, Midtown and all the great bars on Demonbreun street or go another block to Broadway.
You WILL NOT FIND A BETTER LOCATION and it's great never needing a car!!!!
