3 Bedroom Home with Hot Tub close to the beach. Furry friends will enjoy the backyard and the patio with lounge chairs and a professionally cleaned Hot tub. Fire-pit is set up for fun evenings too.
Our Cottage is 4 miles to the beach and even closer to the best shopping areas in Wilmington and a short ride to historic downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk! Cafes, Coffee Shops, wine tasting are within a short walk or bike ride.

Hosted by Kristy and Mike
Kristy and Mike have been a couple going 7 wonderful years! We discovered while dating and now in marriage although we grew up with very different backgrounds we have some very important core values in common that helped us to decide to become a team! Those values include (but are not limited to) Love of God, Family, Working, Travel and of course, the Beach! Kristy has been educator over 30 years and Mike has been veteran of the hospitality and hotel industry. Both service oriented vocations coupled with our love for travel and the beach we were destined to own and share a home in a beach community like Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach!
Why they chose this property
We loved this small cozy, cottage property the minute we saw it! Of course at first we wished it is closer to the beach but once we discovered how convenient our home is to all the best shopping in Wilmington, to historic downtown Wilmington and how COZY it is we new this was the place we wanted and we hope you do too!
What makes this property unique
A three bedroom, two bathroom with private Hot Tub, a fraction of what it costs for three bedroom hotel suite or home at the beach. Close but not too close...... Away from the crowds..... but convenient to everything in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach! Sleeps up to six comfortably so....bring your family, friends, girl or guy friend, parents, grandparents, kids and enjoy!!
