About this property

detached holiday home with sauna, fireplace and winter garden

Our cozy detached holiday home in the 5 star Roompot Beach Resort welcomes up to six people and up to two four-legged friends.

On the ground floor you can relax in the spacious living room with leather sofa, German satellite TV and fireplace. A sliding door leads to the cozy winter garden. The dining area connects to the large open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas cooker with extractor hood, microwave and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom with sauna, bathtub, shower and large sink is completely tiled. You will find the toilet in another room. A bedroom with two single beds completes the completely tiled basement.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the beautiful roof terrace towards the harbor.
A travel cot and high chair are also available for our little guests.
You will find the washing machine in the store room.

The garden with a large, protected terrace with cozy garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

The beach of the Oosterschelde in approx. 300 meters distance is particularly suitable for small children, because it is very flat and the children can splash around in the water without having to fear that it is "steep" downhill. Due to the tides it is a nice activity to collect shells. The Beach House invites you to a small snack at lunchtime

The area with the Banjaard and Neeltje Jans round off the selection of beaches. City lovers will also get their money's worth thanks to the central location, with the beautiful towns of Veere, Middelburg, Domburg, Westkapelle, Renesse, Vlissingen etc., which can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

In the park itself you will find many leisure facilities (some for a fee) such as a subtropical swimming pool with wave pool, wellness and sauna, supermarket, bowling alley, billiards, indoor playground, several large and small outdoor playgrounds, trampoline, children's entertainment, bike rental, etc.

GemĂŒtlicher Start ins neue Jahr

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Strand fußlĂ€ufig in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar. Toller Kamin fĂŒr Januar perfekt, wenn man gut durchgeweht vom Strandspaziergang zurĂŒck kommt. Außerhalb der Saison fĂŒr Ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen. In der Saison bietet der Ferienpark alles was das Herz begehrt. Buchung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm und reibungslos.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in diesem gemĂŒtlichen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus! Alles wunderbar! Auch die Lage innerhalb des Ferienparks ist sehr zentral. Von Kamperland aus lassen dich viele schöne Orte in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, auch fĂŒr den Urlaub mit Hund ideal! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir durften bezĂŒglich unseres Kurzurlaubes Gast in diesem schönen Haus sein . Das Haus hat eine schöne und ruhig Lage. Der Strand sowie der Hafen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar Die Ausstattung des Hauses lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Vermieter/in ist/sind sehr nette Der Kontakt bei Fragen war reibungslos und unkompliziert Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Lage super

Die Lage ist super, wenige Meter vom Meer, Restaurant und Spielplatz entfernt, die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut aber teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider waren einige Ecken etwas dreckig und es gibt keine Möglichkeit HandtĂŒcher oder BettwĂ€sche zu mieten. Dies wurde im Inserat ursprĂŒnglich erwĂ€hnt und auch in der BestĂ€tigung wird es erwĂ€hnt, dennoch ĂŒberhaupt nicht möglich. Leider hing eine Mehrfachsteckdose mit den Kabeln aus der Wand, sodass unser 2 jĂ€hriger Sohn einen Stromschlag erhalten hat. Als EntschĂ€digung seitens der Vermieterin wurden 100 Euro angeboten, die wir bisher nicht erhalten haben. FĂŒr uns ein No Go mit der Steckdose und daher leider auch fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten Tage kein entspannter Urlaub mehr.

4Tage zur Entspannung in Zeeland

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub. Wetter hat weitesgehend mitgespielt. StrandspaziergÀnge (Breezandstrand). Besuch von Middleburg, Veere, Westkapelle (Strand), Zierikzee. Haus ist sehr gerÀumig und hat einen grossen Garten. Waren zu viert dort. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern ist allerdings sehr steil. (Vorsicht geboten). Ansonsten alles top.

Wir durften zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Haus sein. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage, der Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren von der hervorragenden Ausstattung mehr als begeistert denn es fehlte an nichts! Die Betten waren ebenfalls super. Frau Schneider ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.Der Kontakt war unkomplizierte und reibungslos! Wir haben schon oft Urlaub in Holland gemacht aber so gut wie hier war bisher noch kein Haus. Der Garten ist gepflegt und komplett eingezĂ€unt. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diese positive Erfahrung!

Schönes Haus mit Punkt Abzug

Das Haus ist schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Sie könnte aber sauberer sein. Zb. Fliesen hinter denn Herd wĂ€ren fettig und in einem Schlafzimmer fanden wir eine leere Flasche hinter dem Nachtisch und da war sehr viel Staub. Insektengieter an denn Fenstern wĂ€re sinnvoll. Als wir da waren gab's viele MĂŒcken. Jeden Abend MĂŒcken Jagt war angesagt. Die Lage ist super.

Tolles Haus fĂŒr einen Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders die KĂŒche ist fantastisch. Wir genossen den Außenbereich und die Veranda. Das Haus liegt super nah am Strand und bietet viele AktivitĂ€ten. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit, wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Freunden und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein gemĂŒtliches und modernes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben ein sehr gemĂŒtliches und gut ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Bis auf ein par KrĂŒmel in Wintergarten war es auch sauber und aufgerĂ€umt. Der eingezĂ€unten Garten war super fĂŒr den Hund, der sich quasi frei im und ums Haus bewegen konnte. Neben TV, Musikanlage und Brettspiele zur Unterhaltung, bietet das Haus moderne und bequeme Möbel und ein hochmoderne Bad, das keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. FußlĂ€ufig erreicht man einen Seegelhafen so wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den sauberen Sandstrand. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei der Besitzerfamilie fĂŒr den schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.
