A nice residential apt. near the Plagwitz area of Leipzig. Convenient to Mitte via public transport or walking distance to Plagwitz incl. bars, grocery shopping, nice beer garden, etc. And a Spaeti (late night shop) just through the courtyard! If you are looking for a peaceful, family style apartment not too far out of the way this fills the bill. No issues with the neighbors - if you are quiet, they will be, too. The balcony offered a nice green space to have a smoke and a drink.Apt. was furnished nicely (think IKEA). All appliances worked very well. Kitchen and bath well appointed, plenty of towels, hot shower water w/ no waiting. No carpets, but I visited when temps were not too brisk so this was not an issue for me. In person check-in was a nice touch.

Balkon = Fenster zum Hinterhof

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer super tollen Stadt. Unser aller "Soli" hat sich gerade auch in Leipzig gelohnt. Die Wohnung schlicht und ergreifend. Alles da, man fühlt sich wohl. Der Hinterhof erinnert an "Das Fenster zum Hof" - sehr spannend vom Balkon aus. Harmonisches Miteinander trotzdem. Menschen mit kleinen Kindern, Hunde, Katzen, Vögel - alle haben Platz im Grünen Innenhof. Der "Späti" mit Zugang vom Hof aus bietet auch noch spät Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Absacker, Zigs, Knabber etc bis 24 Uhr, toll!!

Versteckte Info in der Annonce.

Stadtlage; Wohnungseinrichtung; Empfang/Einchecken; Parkplatznähe alles ist bestens. Vielen Dank dafür. Wer Freude daran hat, dass ab 15 Uhr vor- und unter der Wohnung die Post abgeht, weil sich ein halbes duzend Kleinkinder/Kinder austoben und die Eltern dazu kräftig mitwirken, ist es sogar wunderbar.

Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, liegt leicht erreichbar an 2 Straßenbahnlinien, die unmittelbar ins Stadtzentrum fahren. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befindet sich eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und ein Kiosk. Von den Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind es vermutlich ca. 5 Min. bis zur Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Es handelt sich bei diesem Objekt weniger um eine Ferienwohnung als um eine voll ausgestattete Zwei-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon und viel Platz, innenstadtnah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Einrichtung: modern und sehr stilvoll, super sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort (Schlüsselübergabe). Gute Anbindung per Straßenbahn ins Zentrum, Bäcker und Konsum fußläufig in der Nachbarschaft (plus Späti um die Ecke!), ebenso nette Lokale/Gastronomie. Wir (meine Frau, meine Tochter (17 Jahre) und ich) haben hier einen wirklich schönen fünftägigen Städte-Urlaub erlebt. Jederzeit wieder!

Hochwertige Ausstattung mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns hier in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und nach modernen Standards eingerichtet. In der Küche und im Bad waren einige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst beim Vermieter für diesen Service. Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist günstig um viele Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung zu unternehmen. Leipzig ist eine sehr angenehme Stadt und wir hatten einen rundum erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Gleisstrasse - super Lage im Leipziger Westen

Die Wohnung ist ansprechend, modern und funktional. Trotz der dichten Bebauung ist es ruhig. Man kann den Balkon genießen. Es gibt Fahrradabstellplätze im Innenhof. Es passt alles. Auch verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage optimal. Man kann durch den Park in die Innenstadt laufen, mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn fahren. Es ist nicht weit zum Cospudener See. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, ein Kino etc.
