Hilltop River View within walking distance to town

Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath with amazing river and mountain views. Wildlife daily and enjoy the view of the Salmon River. Close enough to walk into town and enjoy the local festivities or stay in either way this is the perfect getaway. Please remember all of our neighbors are full time residents or Riggins so please be respectful that this is their home and enjoy your stay ! We also have a 2nd 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin on this property that can also be rented if you need additional space

My husband and I have enjoying spending time in Riggins for years and when we decided to purchase a 2nd home. We knew Riggins would be perfect and can't wait to share our dream with you! When we found this amazing property we knew with just a look at each other this was our home. Riggins has always been our home way from home. We love everything about the town from the hot summer days on the river, Rodeo, Jet boat races, hunting and fishing season there is something for everyone
