Great place

We were in town for the Georgia Tech with family and this house was perfect. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was super convenient. We will definitely stay there again!

Not as nice as we had hoped. Photos deceiving.

My friends and I came from all over Canada to enjoy a weekend in Atlanta. We thought we had rented a nice, clean place to rest our heads - as per the listing - but what we found was not the nice house in the photos but a dingy, dark and college house like space. The first hour we were there we found a cockroach on the ground and a door in one of the upstairs rooms fell off it's hinges. The next morning I went to make breakfast and the cookware was full of burnt food and blackened and dirty to a point that I couldn't use it. That same morning we found another cockroach in the sink. Paying the price we paid and seeing the photos in the listing, we expected a much cleaner, better equipped, brighter place than we ended up with. The one good thing I will say is that Mariam was very responsive, nice and the check-in was easy. The area is great and very central. But all-in-all, not a place I will be returning to.

Hi Robert, We are very sorry that you didn’t find the place as expected but we have been hosting this home for years and didn’t to hear anything less then great experiences and reviews, we accommodated you for your hours early check in, even our pots were not burnt before your arrival we still replaced the cookware, we usually give 2towels each guest and at your request brought more towels, throughout your stay we accommodated you at our best, you didn’t leave the property on time and ask for late check out at last minute, we do have Bugbuster contract and we take good care of our property, I understand and respect reviews and constantly improve our property but we find your review very unfair and hope it will not reflect our potential guest’s decision. Thank you again for your stay with us
