Welcome to The Big Dog, a sprawling 6-bedroom, 5-bath luxury custom estate with over 6,600 square feet under roof, situated on nearly an acre in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable areas. ARRIVAL AND ACCESS

Prior to arrival, the home is thoroughly inspected and meticulously prepared. You will receive a unique security code for keyless entry via our video smart lock.


POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available October through May for an additional 150 dollars per night, applied to the entire stay. Pool heat is selected on the required rental contract after booking and paid separately.

This single-level home offers step-free access and wide open living spaces. Two showers feature zero-entry access, one includes a grab bar, and there are no steps inside the home or to the backyard. The home has successfully hosted guests who use wheelchairs. While not formally ADA certified, the layout supports comfortable mobility throughout the main living areas and bedrooms.


LOCAL OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

This home is owned and professionally managed by a local husband-and-wife team who live nearby. Being local allows us to maintain the home to a high standard and respond quickly when needed. We’re hands-on, attentive hosts, and our five-star reviews reflect the care and responsiveness we provide to every guest.


IMPORTANT POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES

A copy of government-issued photo ID and an email address are required to receive our rental contract
A credit card authorization is required prior to arrival and is not charged unless city noise-violation fines are incurred
Minimum booking age is 28 years old
Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests; one additional guest up to a maximum of 17 may be approved for an additional fee of 150 dollars per person per night
Exterior security cameras are installed only in outdoor areas including the front entrance, driveways, and exterior side access points and are used for occupancy monitoring and property security
The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only and does not record audio
Guests must comply with all City of Scottsdale short-term rental laws and noise ordinances
Team members may visit during your stay for landscaping and pool maintenance; these visits cannot be rescheduled
