We provide smart TV's in every bedroom and both living rooms, luxury linens and towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, private office space, and more. This home is just minutes from endless food, shopping and nearby attractions. Only 40min from gorgeous white sand beaches and 1hr from Disney World! Your own private paradise awaits you!

The Space

Main Floor: Living room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed, dining room with seating for 6 and a walk-out patio, large kitchen, a second dining area with seating for 6, laundry room, family room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed and walk-out patio, a bunk room with memory foam mattresses that can comfortably sleep 5 kids or adults with smart TV and an attached bathroom, and a large primary suite with private office space, smart TV, private walk-out patio, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

2nd Floor: Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a smart TV in each, and a full bathroom.

Exterior: Fully enclosed, extra deep HEATED pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, barstools and food counter with pass-thru windows to the kitchen, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Outside of the lanai is a conversational patio set on the private primary patio, and a huge fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy, there’s even a tree swing!

Nice home

Very spacious home which was perfect for family. Nice pool and lots of towels for everyone. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood very quiet. House had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay, again, if we need a large home for family.

Felt like home

This home met our needs and more. It was so spacious for our family of 8. The furniture and decor are absolutely beautiful, but doesn’t feel like a museum. We truly felt at home. I was amazed at the stocked kitchen with dishes. And plenty of towels! The owner was quick to respond to messages and very pleasant. I loved this house so much, and would definitely stay again.

Suburban Getaway

We enjoyed our time here. It is located in the suberbs of Tampa. The house was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with condiments. The pool is nice and big. There were some issues with the pool being heated. I contacted the owner and she resolved the issue. We did have a couple days of cold pool water, but the owner did what they could to fix the problem. The house is an hour from the beaches. Overall a nice house for our family of 9.

Well stocked retreat

My family and I stayed at this home for our annual family get-away. There was a total of 9 which included two kids under the age of 12. The home is located in a nice, quiet, safe area with close access to gas, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and of course the old reliable Wal-mart. The size and comfort of the home was very inviting. It was spotless and well-maintained. Every amenity was there and the kitchen was beautiful and completely stocked with every necessary gadget you would need. The bedrooms were nice and everyone said they had a great night's sleep on the mattresses. Of course the master bedroom suite was indeed a showplace with an awesome bath complete with an oversized shower and a closet fit for a Queen. The pool is very nice and there was a plethora of pool toys and floaties for everyone to enjoy. However, because it is exceptionally deep, depth markings would definitely be a welcome safety precaution. The screened in patio area was fantastic for BBQing and hanging out just chilling, drinking and having a great time. The owners provided all top notch items from the kitchenware to the Tide laundry detergent. Nothing was spared. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful property and definitely recommends it for other families looking for a great vacation home. We've stayed in quite a few homes, but this one is definitely at the top of our list. I'm sure that keeping your guests safe and comfortable is of utmost importance to you. Therefore, installing a couple of grab bars in the master shower, as well as placing a couple of non-slip strips on the marble step into the shower will definitely help prevent slips/falls especially for older adults, like myself. There was only one negative: we sent two inquiries regarding concerns that we encountered, but never received a response to either.

All Around Exceptional

We have stayed in a few VRBO homes and the experience with this home was by far the least stressful and most enjoyable of them all. Including the host, Jessica. House is beautiful and plenty of room for our party of 6 and two dogs. We were so impressed at how well stocked it was, paper product, laundry supplies, towels. I love to cook and there wasn't one thing I 'wished' I had. Of course, the pool was a hit and there are plenty of pool toys. We are already planning a return stay if Jessica will have us!!!!

Clean, quiet and cozy home

We were in town for my Father’s funeral. The photos of the house had a coziness feeling and this was felt upon walking into the home and throughout as well. It was a great location and was just right for us. We had a few enjoy the heated pool eventually, but we mostly had many happy and sad conversations in the kitchen, counter/table and sitting areas. All the spaces were clean and in good order. We noticed there were snacks, drinks and condiments in the cabinets or fridge, probably up for grabs but we weren’t comfortable with it so we left them as is. Thank you for an inviting and wonderful space that we were able to rest at. We would certainly stay here again if ever needed.

Lots of sitting room

We arrived on Wednesday to have time to prepare for the Thursday arrivals. Friday was a very special ceremony for our son’s retirement. Saturday we had a family barbecue at the house. Sunday everyone went home.The house had enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The pool was used every day even when it was a little cool. There was lots of places to sit and hag out together both inside and out. We were able to be together and relax. Thank you

Meeting our grandson

We rented the house so we could meet our new grandson. The house was perfect for us to have the master suite while my son, his wife and new baby had the whole second floor. The rest of the house had comfortable furniture to hang out with the baby. The pool was fabulous and was used everyday. Everything was clean which was important since we had a newborn in the house. The extra touches that we thought was great were the coffee station, the laundry pods, the beach towels, and the kitchen supplies, hand soap and lotion in every bathroom. We will definitely rent this house again!

Paradise at FL Family Paradise

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the FL Family Paradise House!!! Host was quick to respond(usually within 5 min.)!!! House was wonderful and well stocked! Can't say enough great things about the host and house! Everything you need for an awesome vacation was provided! We wanted for nothing. There was even some food and water in the refrigerator (unexpired) and cupboards. This was unexpected and a nice surprise. All appliances that we used worked. There were LOTS of places to plug in and charge your phones. Details for property were provided in detail. Beds were comfortable! Even the couch pull out bed was comfortable! Recommend without reservations!!! Definitely plan to reserve again! We'll also recommend this place for visiting friends as well! Thank you for such an awesome experience! It was exactly what we needed for our getaway get-together with our family and friends!!!

Wonderful memories!

We stayed at Florida Family Paradise for our son's graduation from UT and had a fantastic time! The house was as described and more! It was spacious, which allowed for all of our family to be able to be comfortable and enjoy themselves (even while our grandson was napping)! The house was well stocked, so there wasn't anything that we needed that was not in the home. This made our stay so much more enjoyable. The pool was clean, refreshing and a source of fun times! Jessie was a pleasure to work with and her home is wonderful!

Amazing Pool!

We spent a wonderful week here, and it felt like home. The kids loved the extra deep pool (over 8' at the deep end!) the kitchen was well appointed, and even had a Ninja Foodie. My kids slept great in the bunk room, and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom was perfect for the baby. The house has a pack'play, high chair, and the pool is safely fenced, making it a perfect house for a baby. It's a great central location, and we made easy day trips to Fort de Soto and Crystal River.

Family getaway

The stay here was amazing. Communication with Jessie was awesome all the way through the process. The house literally had everything you could possibly need for making the stay fantastic. Fully stocked with toiletries. The pool was great had three grandkids 1,2 and 3 years old and they literally lived in the pool! Fully stocked with goggles, life vests for the smaller children and all kinds of play toys for the pool. The only thing they did not have was shot glasses as my 30 year old sons loved the Margaritas and Bloody Mary's. I causally mentioned this to Jessie and some shot glasses showed up at our door in two hours. Great place for a family especially with the demographics that I had with the ages! Book this one with confidence you'll have a blast!
