Family-friendly oasis in the heart of the Cape!

From mid July to the end of august there is a 7 night minimum stay requirement.

Spacious 3-bed, 3-bath home with central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The home has been updated and tastefully decorated. Large backyard with an outdoor shower, propane, and plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate the whole family. Private, family neighborhood close to everything you need. Minutes from the CC Rail Trail, beaches, golf/mini golf, fishing, fine and casual dining, and great ice cream.

Our home has family comforts in mind. There is plenty of space for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The cozy living room with brand new couches and the hand-painted dining table offer space for reading, puzzles, game or movie nights. The open kitchen with full sized refrigerator and freezer make cooking for a group a breeze- we even have a lobster pot and crackers for your official Cape Cod lobster boil! The bedrooms were designed with a beachy feel, including the nautical "kids room" with four twin beds and ships wheel light. The queen beds in the other two bedrooms have foam mattress toppers to ensure a great night's sleep after a day at the beach.

The sauna and steam room are unavailable until further notice. Renters staying 30 days or more must pay electric bill.
