This spacious and inviting 1st floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy South Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane and the Spokane Airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. It is also just minutes away from Sacred Heart Medical Center, Deaconess Hospital, and many other medical facilities.

The Space:
This amazing space is perfect for a large family or group of friends traveling to the Spokane area. The wide open floor plan will allow you to enjoy the 85" Smart TV from almost any vantage in the apartment, whether you are relaxing on the comfy sectional sofa, playing a competitive game of foosball, or while preparing a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Our dining area is complete with a high end table and chairs along with bar stool seating along the granite counter tops to accommodate everyone in your party. Our gorgeous oversized kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and includes all your basic cooking supplies and bakeware. Staying in and preparing meals onsite will be a breeze! The beautifully decorated master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom with a full size bathtub as well as a lounge area complete with a sofa sleeper for additional guests if needed. Our luxurious king size bed offers heavenly soft sheets and a lovely plush comforter truly fit for a king. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with the same decadent linens as our king suite. Lastly, our third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds with rolling trundles and sleeps a total of 6 guests. Relax and indulge yourself in comfort in this unique and one of a kind "bottom floor Penthouse"! BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Stay here every time

This is the second time staying at this location and has always been an easy booking and wonderful stay. Units are clean and beautiful. Hosts are great to commune with. We will never stay anywhere else when traveling to Spokane

Granddaughter's graduation

Our trip was for our granddaughter's graduation from Mount Spokane High School. The location was great! We played cards and foosball. We were able to cook most of our meals.

Super clean and great location

One of my favorite places we have stayed. Super clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location for us being close to the convention center. Owners communicated very quickly.

Great Place

This apartment was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood was quite and pretty nice for a city. I would most definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Clean comfortable with all needed amenities. WiFi not strong enough to watch tv without frequent interruptions and door for laundry room kept coming off track, but everything else was perfect.

Excellent Space!

Unit was quite new, clean, and expansive “open” living space was perfect for our family visiting Spokane family; easily accommodated a family dinner/gift exchange.Location was excellent for accessing much of Spokane, and while quite near to i90, we had no issue with freeway noise.Unit hosts were remarkably helpful, easy to communicate with, and kind.Would definitely recommend - thank you!!

VRBO was as the picture and description says!

The space was very spacious and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home. Massive big screen TV, comfy furniture, and well working AC all combine to make for a welcoming experience each time I walked through the door. Check in process was seemless. Got emails regarding the check in a day before the rental and the host were quick to respond back to my inquiries. The place was very accommodating and my group and I did enjoy our stay!

Nice large apartment for groups

Our family, son and daughter in law, two teenage grandchildren and myself, ( grandmother) were there for 5 days. It is decorated tastefully as the photos show along with being sparkling clean. It is not, as advertised, that close to the Perry District and is actually behind a large blue run down house with junk in the back yard. It is a transitional neighborhood right off I-90.

Short Family Vacation in Spokane

This wonderful flat was perfect for our 6 adults and one 3 yr old. The location was outstanding and everything you could possibly need was in one of the cupboards. It was extremely clean and well taken care of with lots of channels and games. One of my favorite features was being able to separately control the temperature in each room. We ran a little short on hot water during the showers, but the owners assured us they would fix that. Thank you so much for sharing this comfortable place with us!

Fun times

Worked great for our extended family to gather after basketball games in a clean, spacious, modern space. The large open kitchen/living space had well designed layout for some more private corners as well as bigger groups about the main table and sofa area. Wish I could have stayed for another day. The Keurig cups.were an added bonus. It’s not a super posh neighborhood but felt safe and a quick drive to the Spokane arena and main intersecting streets. We will gladly stay again if our team makes it to states tournament next year.

Great space and location

From start to finish the process was very enjoyable. My group was personally looking for something ADA friendly and the space delivered, which is often hard to find. For this reason alone our stay was a 5 star experience. On top of that the owners of the property were great to work with. The communication process was above and beyond and I knew I could get support if needed. As far as amenities the space had everything you need. Plenty of towels and bedding as well as well equity with essentials. The place is very close to South Perry and makes for an enjoyable walk. The proximity to I90 also makes it very easy to navigate the greater Spokane Area. While there is mostly street parking, our vehicles were safe and viewable from the property. The distance to the property was also not much further than the parking lot itself. All and all I strongly recommend!

Richard is fabulous. Prompt communication. The space and location is perfect. We had 13 people gather for a family reunion. Even though the freeway is nearby, we did not hear anything. Everything we wanted to do was close by. The large great room allows both private visiting and large group visiting. The fooz ball table was a hit for both the young and old. Plenty of chairs. Bedrooms perfect. Twin beds or bunk beds very difficult to find. My 5 year old grandson was thrilled. The kitchen is large with modern appliances. The large island allows for visiting around as well. I used it as a buffet for all the food. We will definitely reserve this apartment again when we go for another reunion.

Wedding Weekend

This was a wonderful place for my bridesmaids & I to stay and get ready for my wedding day. The open layout from the kitchen to the living room allowed my large party to bond & be in the same space while hair & makeup artists had their stations set up!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay! This unit was very spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and the owners added a lot of small personal touches to the place to make you feel like you are at home. I appreciated the communication with the owners and feel that they really wanted us to have a nice stay. The unit is very close (driving distance) to Gonzaga University and feel that this is a great option for Gonzaga families who are visiting the area. Also, FYI, South Perry Pizza is amazing! Wish we stayed longer just so I could eat there again. Only complaint I have is that everyone in my family destroyed me in foosball. Haha Thanks again for your attention to detail and thoughtfulness in your rental.
