This beautifully designed two-level home offers 2,173 square feet of comfortable living space with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests with ease.

You'll enter through the main level front door and step directly into the open great room featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all designed to maximize the incredible red rock views. Saltillo tile flooring, warm wood-beam ceilings, and walls of glass create a true Sedona atmosphere filled with natural light and panoramic scenery.

Living Room: This inviting living space features comfortable leather sofas and recliner chairs, a 65” Smart TV, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked stone kiva-style gas fireplace. The expansive sliding glass doors fully open to reveal iconic Thunder Mountain views and seamless indoor-outdoor living onto the flagstone patio. Guests love relaxing here with coffee at sunrise or unwinding as the red rocks glow at sunset.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with Viking stainless-steel appliances, a wine fridge, lovely natural-edge granite countertops, and a juniper wood breakfast bar with seating for three. Guests frequently note how well-stocked and functional the kitchen is for preparing meals while enjoying the surrounding scenery.

Dining Area: The dining area comfortably seats up to seven guests and is surrounded by abundant natural light and gorgeous red rock views, creating an elevated dining experience for every meal.
