Geauxin’ All Inn is a brand new family-friendly luxury cabin located in the new Sunrise Ridge development. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and in between the towering pine trees, you can enjoy the serene outdoors just outside of Beavers Bend State Park. You are just minutes away to enjoy hiking trails, canoeing, and horseback riding within the Ouachita National Forest or enjoy water sports on beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Also, within minutes are plenty of restaurants, breweries, and wineries to visit while staying in Hochatown!

At Geauxin’ All Inn, you may choose from one of two identical large Master Suites with attached bathrooms downstairs. Each King Suite features a luxurious mattress, seating area, desk area, and 55” Smart TV. And, each luxurious bathroom has double vanities and walk-in showers with rain shower heads. There are walk-in closets and plenty of storage in the oversized dressers. Both Master Suites have access to the inviting outdoor deck and gas log fireplace, which includes another 55” Smart TV. The large deck with oscillating fans and stone fireplace is the perfect place to gather and relax with family and friends, while the chef of the group prepares dinner on the propane gas grill!

As you walk through the front doors, you can enjoy the floor to ceiling windows to the outside area. The large, vaulted ceilings with stained beams point out the fun loft that overlooks the main living area. In the upstairs loft, you will find 2 sets of bunk beds. These consist of two queen beds on the bottom bunk with two full beds on the top bunk. Both sets of bunks have plush oversized mattresses and cubbies to hold all your items. There are also two twin rollaway beds to easily have more sleeping areas! The fun loft offers Playstation games, shuffleboard table, and Golden Tee arcade game. There is an oversized sectional to allow for plenty of seating while watching movies, and another full bathroom upstairs with a bathtub.
Downstairs consists of the cozy family room with a beautiful stone fireplace, leather couch, and two glider rockers. Watch your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV while waiting for dinner to cook in the modern kitchen. The open floor plan features a cook’s kitchen with an oversized island and quartz countertops. There are also stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cookware to make your favorite meals. There is ample amount of seating for all your family and friends at the dining table that seats 6, even 8 with the seating bench. At the island there is comfortable leather seating for 4 providing the opportunity to visit while preparing meals. Next to the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, as well as another half bathroom.

Enjoy roasting marshmallows outside around the firepit with string lights or sitting together at the table under the umbrella for dinner. You can also relax in the extra-large hot tub or read a book in one of the hammocks! Don’t forget to enjoy the bungee swings, too!!
