Spacious balcony with unique, comfy seating. 1 Bdr & 1.5 Baths. Perfect for romantic getaway! Large King size bedroom and incredible spa bathroom w/ huge waterfall shower, made for 2. Washer & dryer. Gas grill. Fire pit. Board games & gaming system. Conveniently located in Hayesville, close to Hiawassee and Lake Chatuge,

We love the #lakelife around here as well as the majestic mountains. So much to do and see right in town. We have a handy Welcome Book in the house full of dining options, things to Do, shopping, hiking and waterfall trails. Wineries with live music events and tastings are plentiful. And a short 25 min drive to Helen for tubing or zip lining.

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards and kayaks.

Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. Trailheads of the Appalachian Trail, which spans from Georgia to Maine, are less than 10 miles from this home.

Peaceful and Beautiful

This is a showplace- close enough to Hayesville for convenience yet still a sanctuary in the woods. We were in town for my husband’s 50th high school reunion and very much enjoyed our stay here.

Absolute perfection

Stunning, beautiful, perfect! The perfect little place for our perfect little getaway.Just as advertised, the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. My husband and I were visiting family in the area and needed a small yet comfortable place to lay our heads at night. This place checked all the boxes. Hope to stay again the next time we are there for a family visit.

Lovely, peaceful home!

This mountain home is located in private, quiet, and very peaceful surroundings. It is indeed a stylish home, with delightful decorative touches and interesting books that I would loved to have had more time to read! The home is very clean and comfortable, with added treats to make you feel very welcomed! I would recommend this lovely home to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

It was a very nice stay. We have stayed in 10 rentals around Hiawasee/ Hayesville over the years. This as our favorite for 2 people.Quiet and comfy. Stocked and very inviting. Extra snacks and toiletries were an added bonus and very thoughtful and planned out. Might have another couch or recliner chair… A pool table in the big open space would be a great addition in our opinion as we like to stay in. Highly recommended!!!

Gorgeous Mountain Views & Peaceful Getaway!

I can’t emphasize enough how perfect this property is. Down to every last detail, the owners have made this cabin into a dream stay. Unlike any other place I’ve stayed (hotel, rental, etc.) they’ve stocked you with EVERYTHING you may need. The home is cozy, cute, and again decorated down to each carefully curated detail. I love the antique + modern style. The view from the front patio is unbelievable. The campfire area is wonderful, and again - owners came though with providing firewood! Truly so thoughtful, and we hope to be back again one day. In the meantime we’ll have to check out your other properties! (P.S. I’ll be sharing some photo/video content over on Instagram that captures the beauty of our trip, see @southernexplorationsus). Thank you again for everything!

This house was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable! It was the little extra touches the host put out that made our trip even more relaxing. This cabin is going in my list of favorites, and we plan to use it as our weekend getaway spot.
