Our private, large flat is located in the DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort complex. The main advantage of this facility is its location. The complex is located in the spa part of the city, in a zone closed to car traffic, directly in the Seaside Park, just 35m from the wide, beautiful sandy beach.

The area of the entire complex is fenced. There are 28 parking spaces for our guests (guests of private flats), where the "first come, first served" rule applies. Outside, there is a playground for children, and during the summer, the outdoor "garden" of the ARTE restaurant is in operation, as well as various outdoor events such as barbecues, thematic meetings, etc. At a distance of 100m, there is a NextBike station

Our flat and terrace overlook the Seaside Park and, during periods when there are no leaves, also the sea. The sunsets are a delight. Our guests can use the restaurant, café and wellness treatment facilities located in the hotel for a fee. Features highlighting the uniqueness of this flat, private air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, is FREE access to the indoor swimming pool, paddling pool for the youngest, jacuzzi overlooking the park, sauna, bathhouse, tepidarium and brine graduation tower, as well as, at no extra charge, the fitness club and children's playroom located on the premises.
