This 3 story beach house is only steps away from the beach. It is east of A1A. When you aren't at the beach, enjoy the relaxing views on either the 2nd floor or 3rd floor balconies. If raining, there are 2 TVs with DirecTV and streaming apps, plenty of board games and books also to enjoy! Cook full meals in the large kitchen and enjoy around the 8 person dining table or the outdoor dinning set. The neighborhood is peaceful full of friendly home owners and visitors. Looking for fun night life? Flagler avenue is only 1.5 miles away (5 minute drive) and accessible by golf cart if desired.

My husband and I own a local Pastry and Coffee shop along with a couple of vacation rentals. We have been hosting since 2016 and love it! We want to provide an experience beyond the essentials and hope you love our extra touches!
Why they chose this property
We have updated almost every room in the house (except Kitchen and 1 bathroom) and the outside. Unlike many properties in NSB you do not have to cross A1A to get to the beach. It's only 50 steps outside the front door! If you are looking for fun nightlife, Flagler avenue is only 1.5 miles (5 minute) drive away. You can also walk to 2 fun beach bars - Sea Vista and Chase's.
What makes this property unique
Comfortable beds with foam toppers and upgraded pillows. 2 king beds in their own updated rooms. The downstairs is perfect space for kids for sleeping and hanging out with a separate tv for entertainment.
