Built in 1900, this charming old farmhouse has retained the spirit and charm of country homes of yesteryear. It’s an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy Brittany, the sea, and nature, all while staying in a family-run home with a warm and peaceful atmosphere.

The house enjoys a particularly pleasant location: you’re in the countryside, in a quiet setting, yet right next to the coast.

About 600 metres from the house, you can reach Saint-Pabu Beach in about ten minutes on foot. From the beach, you can also access the Customs Officers’ Trail, which is part of the famous GR34.

This section of the GR34 offers a magnificent walk along the coast, with beautiful views of the sea and the iconic landscapes of Brittany. It’s a wonderful way to explore the Erquy coastline on foot, following the rhythm of the tides and the seasons.

The house’s location allows you to fully enjoy the pleasures of a seaside getaway—walks, the beach, hiking, coastal scenery, and moments of relaxation—without needing to drive to reach the coast.

And when evening falls, the setting reveals another of its treasures: the absence of light pollution allows you to admire a magnificent starry sky. On clear nights, the stars are particularly visible, offering a simple and magical spectacle that is even more enjoyable from a country house.

The three bedrooms are located upstairs and are adjoining, making them particularly well-suited for a family or a group of friends travelling together.
