The house is equipped with a combined living room and small kitchen. In addition to 2 single beds there is a sitting area with table.  The bathroom has a shower and toilet. On the terrace seating is available.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The small house is characterized by its special location. It is located on a plot right on the lake in a beautiful quiet location. The property has a private dock, which is suitable for swimming, relaxing and fishing. In addition, there is the possibility to purchase fishing permits directly on site. A rowboat is included in the price (excl. Final cleaning of 6.00 €).  On the terrace garden furniture and sun loungers are available. There is also a lawn and playground and a lockable bicycle or storage room,   - own jetty with platform rowboat grill possibility - ideal for anglers
