Summer in the Hamptons
Welcome to summer on Sunset Ave in Westhampton Beach. Situated on ½ acre, this 3-bedroom newly renovated home has all the amenities one would need to experience the quintessential Hampton’s summer. Your family can swim in your private heated pool or play in a large safe, fenced-in backyard. A short walk to shops, restaurants, houses of worship and a short bike ride to the beach - this homes perfect location allows you to enjoy all the town has to offer.
Note: For 2023, the basement is being completely finished with a full 2nd bathroom for the house. Guests will enjoy a modernized laundry room, couches and a large recreation room with TV. A large egress window was added for natural light and safety as well.
As of 2022, the pool has a new liner and a new deck. The kitchen and bathroom had renovations and are as shown in the beautiful photos and new floors throughout.
No pets allowed, this is for protection of any guests who may have allergies so please do not ask for exceptions.

Your host
We are a family living in New York City. We rented this house during covid and loved it so much we bought it! We hope you will enjoy the cosy cottage, amazing deck and backyard as much as we do.
As we are not local to Westhampton day-to-day, we have asked Tom to act as the property manager on our behalf. We met Tom when we first stayed at the house and were so pleased with our interactions with him that we have continued the relationship as owners. Tom lives locally and, via his family business, will be available to assist with anything you need during your stay and can answer any questions you may have.

Why they chose this property
We saw significant potential with this quiet location and proximity to both town and the beach. We are currently investing in significant remodeling to the kitchen, bathroom, deck and even a new pool this spring for our summer renters. We are looking for families or a small quiet group that will take care of our investment and enjoy what we are building for you for years to come.
