Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Jun. - 01.Sep.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, railway station "Nádraží Řeporyje" 200 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Very nice

Very nice house, garden and pool. The surrounding area is nothing special, but easy to go to Prague by car or train. The house itself totally makes it up for the area.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren mit ingesamt 8 Leuten dort in der Wohnung. Die schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung und der Garten wurden sauber abgegeben. Der Pool ist bei hitzigen Tage sehr nützlich, der sich direkt im Garten befindet. Wir sind alle komplett zufrieden und würden es auch weiter empfehlen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Wir waren 6 Personen. Das Haus ist für diese Personenanzahl ideal. Mit 8 Leuten wäre es ein wenig knapp (Sitzplätze am Tisch). Die Ausstattung des Hauses umfasst alles, was du brauchst.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar! Die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen und der Pool im Garten ist für eine Erfrischung nach den Stadtbesichtigungen eine Wohltat. Besonders gut hat uns die gemütliche Einrichtung gefallen, es gibt überall kleine Rückzugsorte um in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen etc. Perfekt ist das Haus für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern, aber auch als Gruppe passt es sehr gut. Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr gut.

Sehr freundliche Hausbesitzer die persönlich die Schlüsselübergabe arrangieren und gut deutsch sprechen. Wir hatten etwas im Haus vergessen und die Hausbesitzer meldeten sich noch am Abreisetag und boten an die Sachen nachzusenden. Das Haus liegt gegenüber einer Schule und ist deshalb nachts sehr ruhig.

Like staying at home

This is the kind of good experience anyone wants to have when traveling abroad: good and fluent communication, nice host making the check-in easy, clean and comfortable house with anything you may need and no surprises compared with what you watched online. You feel like at home after staying there 30 minutes. We can only have good words about this place. Enjoy your stay there!

Zeer aangename woning met leuke zithoek. Comfortabele kamers en het gemak van 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten. Rustige omgeving met in de onmiddellijke omgeving goede restaurants. Supermarkt op beperkte afstand bereikbaar met auto evenals de metro. Zwembad is klein en ondiep en door de ligging niet echt verwarmbaar door de zon (noorden) waardoor wij er geen gebruik hebben van kunnen maken. Weinig zon in tuin.Tuinmeubels ok uitgezonderd de ligzetels waarvan slechts 3 aanwezig en geen goede kwaliteit.

Prachtig ruim en luxe huis

Dit huis is heel ruim, gloednieuw en voorzien van alle luxe. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers (drie 2-persoonskamers en één 1-persoonskamer) en een slaapbank voor 1 persoon in de tuinkamer. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Het zwembad wordt hooguit gedeeld met de ouders van de eigenaar, die in het aangrenzende huis wonen, maar tijdens ons verblijf op vakantie waren. Op 100 m afstand is een treinstation, van waaruit je met de trein en metro in ongeveer 40 min. in het centrum bent. Heel sympathieke eigenaren.

Schitterend huis!

Een prachtig, ruim en luxe huis met tuin met zwembad. Voorzien van alle comfort en alles gloednieuw en op orde. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met eigen badkamer. Op 1 minuut lopen van het treinstation. Heel sympathieke eigenaren.
