Beautiful Cape-Style Home set in a quiet residential neighborhood. Home was fully renovated in 2019.

Easy access to Route 6, both cape and ocean beaches (10 minute drive), hiking and biking trails, shopping and restaurants.

4 big Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 adults. Dog-Friendly - no fees for up to two dogs, small fee for 2 more dogs. 4 dog maximum. Large, fully-enclosed fenced yard includes a patio with a Grill, Dining Table and Chairs, Comfy Sectional for lounging, and a Fire Pit with Adirondack Chairs. All Towels and Linens are provided. All glassware, plates, silverware, cooking ware etc are stocked. Full Laundry room on the 1st Floor. Outdoor Shower (being installed April 2024)

Additional items such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, dog crate, high chair, pack and play, etc are provided. Dining Room table expands to fit more people.

Cape Cod Gem!

What a lovely home and thank you for sharing it with our family for spring break 2024. The house had everything you need to feel like home. The beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of clean towels and we loved all the extra items you provided to make our stay a memorable one.

Bach-chill-lorette and Family compound for wedding preparations

Mitch and Ryan thought about absolutely everything that someone could or would possibly use! Despite being a ways into a residential area it was easy to locate and very quiet which was perfect for our sound bowls and massages. The backyard was perfect for a firepit retreat and the kitchen livingroom area was the perfect space for entertaining and having the ability to spread out. I cannot express enough how kind and communicative Mitch was. I will definitely refer my out of town friends and family to this property for a perfect getaway!!!

Wonderful place to Stay

Our family and pups had a great time visiting the cape at this cape home. The bike trail is right around the corner and getting to a beach or other activities are right around the corner. The beds were comfy and our pups enjoyed playing fetch in the back yard. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect pet friendly home

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this lovely home. Comfortable, friendly hosts, perfect for our dogs with fenced in yard. Family friendly. Close to beaches, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities.

Mitch and Ryan have been married since 2013. Mitch is a Director of Operations for a hospitality group in Boston and loves to bring that sense of hospitality into their vacation rental, make every guest feel welcomed and special.

Why they chose this property

We love Cape Cod. It is such a relaxing difference from the hustle and bustle of City life. That's also why we like that we are in a quiet neighborhood as the Cape can get very busy during the summer. But we love that 5-10 minutes in the car and we are right in the thick of that high energy!

What makes this property unique

We love how modern the kitchen and bathrooms are. They are stylish and functional. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax both inside and out. And a large yard for the dogs to run around in!
