We offer 4 bedrooms, a covered magical patio with privacy, and a large back yard.

This charming back yard grass with lots of space layout and with a patio area. The community is just minutes away from great shopping center on Corbin and Vanowen.
Target, Wal-Mart, home depot, Costco is 10- 15 min. away.
The house is family friendly.
All appliances included, including washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove & oven. Includes full kitchenware and housewares. Towels and bed sheets provided for tenants upon request.
Utilities included.
Furniture additions available upon request and with an additional fee. Full deep cleaning & full sanitizing available.
No smoking allowed.
No parties.
Up to a small cat or dog, pet permitted with an additional monthly fee.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The pet fee of $350 for the stay is per 1 pet / service dog.
