Luxurious ship in Aalsmeer

This unique floating house for 4 people is beautifully situated on the edge of a marina. From the large sun terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Westeinderplassen. The marina is located in Aalsmeer, on the border between North and South Holland.



On nice days you will probably spend a lot of time outdoors and you have a choice of two terraces. The smaller terrace on the ground floor is perfect for breakfast and lunch. On the large upper deck you can enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina. This terrace with lounge furniture can be reached via a staircase at the front of the house.



The interior is fresh and bright, the living room overlooking the harbour is spacious with an open kitchen. The floating house also has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



The house is attached to the jetty and can therefore not be navigated. You can moor your own boats in the nearby leisure harbour. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. There is also a reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant in the marina. You can hire various water sports equipment in the shop to make your holiday fun, especially with children! Think of SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. Free Wi-Fi is available outside at the marina. You can use it on the terraces of the boats and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee.



The Westeinderplassen are located on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing courses and water sports activities for young and old take place on these lakes. Within a short distance you will find major cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller towns and the coast with Noordwijk and Katwijk is very close by (approx. 20 minutes by car).
