South slope Faulenbacher valley - center Füssen

Our apartment is located in a very quiet location on the southern slope of the Faulenbacher valley. The city center as well as hiking trails are within walking distance.
The apartment is located in the attic and has a separate ground floor access with parking space. The living room and a bedroom have a shared south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

The Faulenbacher Tal is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town center of Füssen. As a "valley of the senses", the visitors will be treated to a recovery of the senses, but above all to a distinct sense of calm. With the three lakes Mittersee, Obersee and Alatsee, there are many opportunities here. The hiking trails that run right by the house open up numerous routes for hikers and mountain bikers in the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle and all cooking and kitchen accessories for 6 people. A spacious dining area is located in the kitchen area.
There are two separate bedrooms with 2 or 3 beds.
The living room has a large sofa bed for another 2 persons, TV and radio / CD player.
A bathroom with shower and toilet provide comfort for 6 people.

Great location, lovely apartment.

Overall, this is a great apartment. Really great location, quiet, lovely views and walking distance to town, Lechfall, lakes and walking trails. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need as a family including a washing machine and dishwasher as we were away for nearly 3 weeks in total in various locations. A few very minor negatives. I found the host very slow to respond to messages. The parking is advertised as allocated but in fact is just the side of a road. We came home from swimming to find someone else parked in it. We were given only one small kitchen bin bag for 8 days as a family of four. There were no spares and I was told to buy more from the supermarket.

Sehr guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin vorher und während des Aufenthaltes. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Platz für mindestens 4 Erwachsene oder einer 4 köpfigen Familie. Zur Not ist auch noch das ausziehbare Sofa im Wohnzimmer da. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Anzahl der Schränke großzügig. Die Betten waren bezogen und zum Schlafen sehr angenehm. Das Badezimmer war gut aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Vom großen Balkon aus hatten wir einen überragenden Blick auf die umliegenden Alpengipfel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht! Sie war für uns zu viert absolut ausreichend groß, Check-In und Check-Out waren absolut unkompliziert. Die Wohnung lag für uns super: stadtnah und doch direkt am Waldrand. Wir würden nochmals buchen.

Wunderbare Fewo in wunderbarer Lage

Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Unternehmungen zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Mit der FüssenCard kann man zudem den ÖPNV nutzen, so dass das Auto auch Urlaub hat. Die Lage ist traumhaft für einen Familienurlaub mit Lech und Lechfall, Walderlebniszentrum, vielen Wanderwegen und klaren (Bade-)Seen und den Königsschlössern.. Wir hatten auch Regentage abbekommen - das machte aber nichts, da wir in der Fewo, geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch gerne Spiele- oder Lesezeit verbracht haben. Wir können uns alle vier sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen :-)

Top Lage!

Hat uns super gefallen! Lage toll, ruhig, Wohnung super. Gut geschnitten. Man kann direkt Wanderungen von der Haustür aus machen. Bis Füssen ist es nur ein kleiner Gang; in Faulenbach ist es auch sehr nett, man kann nebenan kostenfrei im See schwimmen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location!

The apartment had everything we needed for a week of exploring Fussen and the surrounding area. Comfotable beds, a well stocked modern kitchen, along with a modern bathroom and comfortable living space and a great balcony to soak up the sun or take in the views. The apartment location allows you to (within minutes) either walk in woodland, a park, quiet roads or Fussen centre (all amazing scenery). 5 stars all round!.

Vielseitiger Kurzurlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Füssen auf einem idyllischen Weg entlang des Lechs in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Wanderwege Richtung Alatsee. Skigebiete in Deutschland und Österreich gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut durchdacht und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir sind eine Familie mit 5 Personen (Alter der Kids 19, 16 und 13) und wir hatten genügend Platz. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ruhig am Waldrand mit separatem Eingang und trotzdem ist man schnell in Füssen. Super!

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Man fühlt sich in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an wie zuhause - ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen... einzig der fehlende persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter trübt den äußerst positiven Gesamteindruck ein wenig.
