Country Faith Farm House

This is quaint Farmhouse. It is close to Lamar just in the country by Wiley Colorado. It is perfectly set to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise or relax outside on the deck for the sunset. It has a furnished kitchen and a comfortable living room. The queen bedrooms have Sealy hybrid mattresses for your sleeping comfort with adjustable bases. The Twin XL bed is a memory foam mattress.

This property is well located if you are coming to fish or hunt or just coming to visit. You have also found a perfect spot for your wedding party to be able to stay in one location.

We do have a no pet policy to ensure that all guests are welcome that may have allergies. Because we cannot guarantee people following rules, we cannot ensure allergen free. To ensure that we do not put additional fees on for extra cleaning, please ask for any exceptions to any rules before you book, please.

We do make exceptions to rules but all we ask is you be honest and ask upfront and we will try our best to accommodate your travel.

That being said we pride ourselves in offering a house that is very clean for all guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all dishes are washed. Coffee pot emptied and coffee grounds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Prior approval needed for groups larger than 6. Price is based on 4 guests. If not registered before stay, additional guest cost is $40/ night
Please clean all dishes and coffee pot before leaving.
We do ask that you follow the no pet policy as we are trying to keep this house allergen free. There will be a $250 minimum fee if you do not ask.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was very enjoyable! We stayed July 4th weekend and had a blast sitting out on the patio. The house was decorated beautifully and my daughter even commented on how it looked like her dream home. The town was also cute and the store across the highway had amazing food. We would definitely stay here again if we pass through the area!
