The property has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen.
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. Hopefully Koch fans will get their money's worth.
In the bedrooms there is a double bed and additional extra beds. Since we know how important it is to sleep well on vacation, the extra beds are box spring beds. There are a total of 9 sleeping options. We hope you can have a relaxed and deep sleep with us. :)
The living room offers a dining area. The view of the green is particularly beautiful.
The garden is shared by all residents of the house. For our guests there is a private sitting area where you can sit, grill and chill undisturbed. You will also find various sports and play equipment. However, you use the garden expressly at your own risk.
The city center can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. For soccer fans or concert goers, the RB stadium or arena is within walking distance in 30 minutes. The main train station is less than 5 km away.
Particularly suitable for joggers, sports cannons and nature lovers, the apartment is located directly on a forest area.
