About this property

Family relaxation

We rented a house for a long time during our vacation. We have now incorporated our experience into the interior of the house and have tried to make it pleasant for every age group. It has a cozy living area with dining area and an open, comfortable kitchen in the basement. There is also the small bathroom with shower typical of Dutch holiday homes. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor for a total of six people, and another bedroom on the lower floor for two people. In total, we can allow an occupancy of six people for legal reasons.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns im Haus rundum wohl und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders die Küche und ihre Ausstattung waren wirklich toll – es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Das Bett unten neben dem Wohnzimmer ist für eine Person etwas klein und nicht ganz so komfortabel. Ein ähnliches Bett wie die Betten im Kinderzimmer oben wäre unserer Meinung nach eine bequemere Lösung.Ansonsten war alles wunderbar und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten war für uns das Highlight. Auch Kinder kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Schönes Haus in netter Anlage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, besonders der Garten ist ideal um Abends noch zusammen zu sitzen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und git erreeichbar.

Prima uitvalsbasis om meerdere eilanden te bezoeken

Prima huisje! Fijne tuin en fijne benedenverdieping! Ruime keuken met veel verschillende kookgereedschap! Alleen de douche werkt niet goed en de matrassen en kussens van de bedden zijn te hard! Schoonmaak kan ook beter!

Nettes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.DasHaus ist nett eingerichtet, für vier Personen ist es etwas klein. Die Lage im Park ist sehr ruhig, der Ort eignet sich gut zum Radfahren. Nordsee oder Städte (Rotterdam und Dordrecht) sind in 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Gästebett neben dem Wohnraum ist nicht so bequem. Die Sauberkeit bei Anreise ist dürftig gewesen ( Küche, tw. schmutziges Geschirr, Backofen und Toaster nicht gereinigt).

Schönes Haus

Ruhige Ferienhausanlage, Spielplatz, Pool, Tischtennis, Fußballplatz alles fußläufig erreichbar- genau das Richtige für Familien. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum erholen und zum Spielen ein. Wir waren zu viert da (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 14 und 1) und hatten genug Platz. Die Küche ist auch gut bestückt mit scharfen Messern, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Backutensilien uvm.! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ruhiges Objekt mit großem Garten

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Weg zum kleinen Strand am Grevelingermeer echt kurz. Das kleine Häuschen bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht, uns persönlich hat jedoch die so typisch holländischen, liebevolle Einrichtung gefehlt. Eine Durchlüftung der beiden Schlafräume mit den kleinen Dachfenstern war kaum möglich, da die anderen Glaselemente feststehend sind. Der Garten ist eigentlich das gemütlichste des ganzen Objektes, hier kann man sich den ganzen Tag wohlfühlen, auch wenn keine Liegen zur Verfügung standen.

Urlaub mit Familie

Haus ist in einer schönen Ferienanlage nicht weit zum Strand. Für Kinder ein toller Park Herkingen selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort wo nicht viel los ist, also wenn man Ruhe sucht perfekt. Im Haus selbst haben uns als Familie mit 6 Personen, ein paar Sachen nicht so gut gefallen. Als erstes die leider sehr steile Treppe, mit Kleinkindern sehr gefährlich. Als nächstes das Bad auf den Klo kann man sich leider nur schräg draufsetzen weil alles sehr eng ist. Dann zu guter letzt das an3 Schlafzimmer, es ist ein kleiner Raum der nur mit einem Vorhang vom Rest des Hauses abzutrennen ist, das heißt wenn man schlafen möchte, und die anderen noch im Wohnzimmer sitzen ist dies leider nicht möglich. Das Haus selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat wenn es Komplikationen gab sofort reagiert und diese behoben. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub nur mit 6 Personen finde ich es nicht geeignet für 4 Personen perfekt.

Gemütliches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. In der top ausgestatteten Küche gibt es keinen Platzmangel und so macht es auch im Urlaub Spaß zu kochen. Der Blick in den wunderschönen Garten lässt so richtig das Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Der Strand in Herkingen ist relativ klein und durch seine Lage weniger den Gezeiten ausgesetzt.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer schönen ruhigen Lage. Es bietet genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Wir waren gerne am Strand und am Hafen, was alles zu Fuß gut und in Kürze erreichbar war.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung. Küche bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die stets für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein wunderbares, langes Wochenende hier! Eine super Grundausstattung ist vorhanden, ein sehr schöner Garten mit Grill liegt hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Entspannte Zeit im netten Häuschen mit Garten

Besitzerin war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar, das war sehr positiv. Am besten vorab alle Fragen stellen, damit keine Missverständnisse aufgrund der Beschreibung aufkommen. Sehr gut für ein Kind ausgestattet (Besteck etc., Stuhl und Bettchen (leider ohne Matratze). Toller Garten, daher war es ein schöner Urlaub!

Ruhig und erholsam, top ausgestattet!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen, ruhig gelegen in einem sehr gepflegten Bungalowpark. Toller Garten, gut ausgestattet. Um die Ecke ein sehr schönes kleines Freibad, das kleine Städtchen und ein Strand. Und eine sehr nette, gut erreichbare Vermieterin, die sich um alles kümmert. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub für uns 2 Eltern und 2 Kleinkinder!
