From here you can also access the spacious, furnished south-facing terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has a pull-out bed (1.80 wide) so that it can be used as a double bed.

Sehr sauberes Haus, gut eingerichtet und entsprach der Beschreibung genau. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Für Silvester gut gelegen, gerade im Bezug auf die Strand-Party. Gerne wieder.

Perfekt für Familien

Für uns und die Kinder war es perfekt. Abgeschlossener Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten. In der Küche ist alles Wichtige zu finden und das Bad ist groß genug. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr sinnvoll. Wissen sollte man, dass das Haus hinten liegt, die angegebene Hausnummer passt auch zum Haus vorne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war sauber, bei dem ersten Blick, man sollte nicht irgendwo dahinter schauen, muss man leider um die Lampen in die Steckdose zu stecken. Ich sage mal Gartenhaus Flair. Für unsere Zweck war hat es gereicht, ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, die Lage zum Strand gut. Der Einkauf muss mit dem Auto gemacht werden. Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Das Häuschen ist ideal für Hundebesitzer. Leider war sofort am zweiten Tag die Toilette verstopft. Was mich wütend machte. Aber das Balticteam hat das souverän und schnell gelöst.

Das geht gar nicht

Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen mit der Wirklichkeit. Es ist eine umgebaute Gartenlaube die sehr ungepflegt ist und für Kleinkinder nicht empfehlenswert da Verletzungsgefahr besteht (Terrasse). Preis-Leistung ist keinesfalls gegeben für dieses Ferienhaus absolute Katastrophe. Und von dem Garten möchte ich mich jetzt nicht äußern einfach nur schlecht

Für uns sehr passend

Das kleine zurück liegende Häuschen war für uns und unsere Windhunde genau passend 🐾 z.B. der überdachte Eingangsbereich zum Pfoten abputzen, der hintere kleine, komplett umschlossen Gartenbereich oder auch die kleinen Törchen zur Straße hin. Für unsere Hunde war es somit sicher, ruhig und der Hundestrand, aber auch die Innenstadt mit den schönen Cafes und Geschäften nicht weit entfernt. Lediglich die Betten knarren bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut, was sehr stören kann.

War alles super gut. Was für uns jetzt nicht optimal war, Hund darf nur an den Hundestrand. I

Es ist ein ganz tolles und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen. Alles was man braucht ist da. Der Garten, sehr gepflegt. Wir werden wieder dort hinfahren.

Skønt område og lækker strand. Denne bolig ligger dog i haven ved en anden feriebolig. Sengene er helt forfærdelige - de er sten hårde og larmer helt forfærdeligt når man vender sig. Internettet fungerede virkelig dårligt - og kun ved ophold i stue/køkken. Terrassen havde en del løse planker som gik op og man slog tæerne ind i. Det bør udlejer få bragt i orden.

Das Bett kostet den Urlaub

Von Außen benötigt das Haus eine Reinigung, innen war soweit alles sauber. Den Hund kann man nur in einem Mini-Hinterhof frei laufen lassen, da sich das Haus den Hauptgarten mit einem Doppelhaus teilt. Der Hinterhof gleicht einem Urwald, gemütlich sitzen kann man nicht, das Pflaster dort ist eine Stolperfalle. Die Hauptterrasse liegt gegenüber jener des Doppelhauses, Privatsphäre ist somit nicht garantiert. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber vollständig. Die Lage ist gut, in 5min ist man am Strand, in 15min am Hundestrand. Was uns dazu bewogen hat, früher abzureisen war das Bett. Beide Matratzen sind durchgelegen und bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung knatscht es , so dass ein entspannter Schlaf unmöglich ist. nach 4 Nächten waren wir übermüdet und fertig und sind nach Hause gefahren. Mit diesem Bett ist das Ferienhaus nicht zu empfehlen. Der Rest ist akzeptabel für einen Kurzurlaub.
