Perched atop a dramatic 20-meter cliff in Kanalia on the southern side of the island, this stunning villa offers complete serenity, captivating sea views, and direct access to its own private beach—an exceptionally rare feature. Designed to host up to 12 guests, it is the perfect destination for families, groups of friends, or those seeking a tranquil escape with style and privacy.
Contemporary Elegance with Cycladic Soul
Created by renowned Greek architects, the villa blends modern lines with natural stone, wood, and classic Cycladic architecture. Artistic touches—including striking wall paintings—add depth and character throughout the home. Indoors, guests can enjoy spacious living and dining areas, two fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and laundry facilities.
Six beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread across two levels:
Ground Floor: five double bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own en suite bathroom.
First Floor: one double bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjacent guest bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor Living at Its Finest
The expansive outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and unforgettable gatherings. Lounge on cozy sofas, sunbathe beside the private pool, sway in hammocks, or unwind under shaded pergolas. A few steps lead directly down to the sea, making it effortless to enjoy a morning swim. For dining, the villa provides two alfresco dining areas, a large barbecue, and a spacious pool terrace that can comfortably hosts events of up to 40 guests.
