Great spot!

This studio is a welcome alternative to a casino hotel room. Plenty of space for two, private, quiet, everything you need without the smoky casino crawl and lack of kitchenette.The location was great for our softball tournament and airport.Will look to stay when we return to Las Vegas later this year!

Perfect holiday apartment for a stay in Las Vegas

Quick birthday weekend adventure

This unit was just perfect for what we needed. Parking was easy, comfy bed and great yard. The other guests on site were very friendly. This neighborhood is nice and quite! I would stay again.

PERFECT PLACE & LOCATION

This was a awesome place, everything was a 5 out of 5…….13mins from the airport and 13 mins from the Strip…the studio was definitely nice. Wish I could live there lol….I recommend anyone to pick this place for their stay….thanks again to the host an their family for this nice place😎😎

Comfortable studio near airport

My wife and I spent a weekend in this comfortable studio. It was clean and quiet. We were busy throughout the stay so didn't spend much time there. The bed was great, so we got the sleep we needed.

in las vegas for continuing education

I was in Las Vegas for continuing education and the location was a 10 minute drive to the training center, so it was awesome for me. It's not remotely in a tourist area, which was great. The room as dark and quiet at night and I slept great all five nights. It was winter so I don't have any opinion about the pool or putting area. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet studio close enough to all the fun things to do

I enjoyed my stay. There were nice little touches around the place like the throw and extra pillows on the couch to be more comfortable. If a kitchen is a must, then this is a great option - it was better equipped than many kitchenettes I've used in the past. I went in the off-season in Vegas, so it was super quiet. I'm happy that I was able to stay here even if the trip into town was short.

Excellent Experience

The location was absolutely Perfect! Quiet, peaceful, and clean. Everything was exactly like the picture and description. I was able to contact the owner easily, this is so important. My last visit in September to vegas, I loved the condo I stayed in. Perfect location, beautiful place, price was the best, but the entry was difficult and I could not reach the owner. I chose to never stay again. So being able the actual speak with someone right away was Amazing!

Studio Suite and Ronnie

What a great place and location for us. We wanted to be close to the strip but not on. We were in what you might describe as a suburb. Perfect for us. 15 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes or less to any place on the strip or Freemont. We thought the owner (Ronnie) was incredible with communication and tips on restaurants, he had nice amenities to help us with our stay and since we stayed a week he even arranged for the cleaning person to come to freshen things up during the stay which was a beautiful touch. The pool and putting green in the shared yard was a very unique touch. And compared to the cost of the strip, this was a huge bargain for us. Lastly, the be was incredible firm, just what I want when I travel. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Two worked perfect, might have been able to get one more in if they slept on the couch. Ideal for me and my partner! Thanks you guys!

Le logement etait propre et de belle dimension. Situé dans un secteur residentiel, a env 15-20 minutes marche pour le transport en commun ou restauration, peu pratique sans automobile. Piscine decevante (pleins de debris dans le fond de la piscine avec la balayeuse/tuyau qui traine dedans ; le propriétaire -que nous n avons jamais rencontré- n a jamais pris la peine de l a nettoyer durant notre sejour ). De plus, les gacieuseté de bienvenue (petit sac de biscuit et de chips etaient périmé depuis juin!!).. de petits details qui ont malgeureusement eu un impact sur notre appréciation du logement
