Spending your precious time at the charming cozy welcoming vacation spot "La Nha" ("Is home").

Entire private homey basement in a pleasant, serene, and quiet neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Very convenient access to I-15 and I-80, to all ski resorts, hiking, fascinating shopping centers, and good restaurants. Great for work conferences, vacations, and ski trips.

The beautiful basement has 2 bedrooms, one with a comfortable king bed and one with a nice queen bed, a living room with flat screen smart TV, a full bathroom that offers high-quality towels, a private in-site laundry room, a fully furnished kitchen, and especially a private entrance.

The spacious basement is furnished to provide a comfortable home setting for our guests.

This air-conditioned vacation home is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a kitchen with many convenient appliances. Towels, in-house slippers, and bed linen are well prepared in the home.

High-speed wifi 100+ Mbps is a bonus for remote work.

40” Smart TV with Hulu and Disney plus.

Our kitchen offers all life-convenient appliances such as a range oven, refrigerator, microwave, large sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, beautiful dishes and glasses, utensils, and basic cooking ingredients.

Complimentary k-cup coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate, and coffee creamer.

Kindly review the listed amenities before booking to ensure everything meets your needs - we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

Access to the suite is through a short set of concrete stairs.

This is a fully furnished basement unit in our home. We live upstairs full-time and you may hear some light footsteps from time to time, but we’re always mindful and do our best to keep things quiet for our guests.

***IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ!!!

Please indicate clearly the number of overnight guests that will be staying in your booking setting.

No smoking (of any kind), no party, no event, no shoes inside (we do have in-house slippers for you), please.

We have sensitive plumbing system. Please throw all feminine/sanitary products, paper towels, and everything else in the trash. A damaged toilet system due to guests’ negligence will result in repair fees charged to guests.

Kitchen Sink Disposal
The disposal is only for rinsing off very tiny food remnants left on plates. Please scrape your plates into the trash before rinsing. Please do not put food scraps, peels, bones, shells (including egg, crab or seafood shells), coffee grounds, grease, or any solid waste down the sink. All food waste must go into the trash.

Only guests who have paid for are permitted on the premises. No 3rd-party booking. People who are not registered as guests should not stay overnight.

Please kindly clean up after yourself.

For security reasons, we will require your ID image (all guests' valid ID are required) before check-in in order to proceed with your booking. Please send your ID image on the chat to receive the check-in instructions. Please note we won't disclose your ID with any other parties, and such information will stay confidential between the host and the guest.

The location of the property is great, close to everything you’ll need. The reservation or booking process was a hassle. It’s mandatory to either get an insurance pre booking or keep a deposit of 3000 to book this property. After booking the host asked us a number of questions like have you read the house rules and the age of the baby in our case. Also, there is another unit in the basement with thin walls. The owner is very responsive and helpful when you reach out for anything.

Regarding the space, guests have the entire basement to themselves—it is not shared, and there is no separate unit or other guests staying in the space. As with most basement accommodations, there may occasionally be light sounds from upstairs.
