Inside you will find a bright, fresh and newly remodeled 4-level home. Huge kitchen w/new appliances, quartz countertops, loads of seating for entertaining, enjoy the contemporary fireplace! Two large balconies, beautiful seating areas and gorgeous lake views! For the adults-take the spiral staircase up to the 4th level and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the “eagles nest”- the ultimate sunset perch with ocean views!

For your recreational enjoyment-you will have less than a minute walk to Cinnamon Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and plenty of beach to lounge in the Florida sunshine. The community has two large heated pools available to our guests. The adults only ocean front pool or the family friendly lakeside pool & clubhouse are a two minute walk. Enjoy the many restaurants that Palm Coast offers along with plentiful golf courses in the area. Historic St. Augustine a 45 minute drive north or head 30 minutes south to Daytona Beach.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all bedding on beds-cleaner will take care of this.
Place any used towels in laundry basket in laundry room
Place all beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and bike back into garage area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Vaping or smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes any areas outside of our home including all balconies, garage or yard.
Garage doors must remain closed at all times unless entering or exiting per HOA rules. All cars of guests must be parked overnight in the driveway.
Video monitoring of exterior of home is in place while home is vacant covering the front driveway, garage and back entrance to home.

Great house with plenty of space! Multiple common areas outside to sit and visit. Two minute walk to the beach where we witnessed a turtle nest hatching! The house comes with all of the chairs, beach toys, etc as well as beach towels! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials and paper goods to get us started! The beds were clean and comfortable! We love Cinnamon Beach and will be back again!

Great home, wonderful host

We booked the home for an extended family vacation. The home was perfect - clearly Dave takes a lot of care to make sure everything is in great shape. Great property in Palm Coast

We've stayed in a Palm Coast house every year for the Daytona 500 race week and have stayed in about a dozen different houses in the Hammock Beach area. This property is one of the better ones with a nicer layout and modern feel. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing vacation at Palm Coast Paradise! We enjoyed the great new pool area every day. Beach access was super close and convenient. Garage is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed. We loved the many balconies, and the four bathrooms gave everyone their own private space. Dave was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Family Holiday

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. The property is in a great location, and there were 9 of us, and plenty of room for us to all spread out and have our own space. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we felt very welcome and informed along the way. Highly recommend!

The pool was great, the little ones enjoyed the ease of walking in and the mini shallow area to sit. The adults appreciated all the safety devices to keep the little ones safe around the pool. Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable. The house was fully stocked with all our needs. Perfect walking distance to the pool and beach with all the equipment you could imagine! If we come back to that area we would love to stay in this house again!

This home is located in the quiet resort area of Ocean Hammock within the Cinnamon Beach complex. You are steps from the ocean water or choose 1 of 3 pools available. Choose the community oceanfront "adults only" pool, the community Family oriented pool across the street with fun activities for all ages or your own private backyard pool. Our home has been completely remodeled featuring new appliances, new beds, new furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas, all the linens you will need and all the kitchen utensils you will need for your stay. Just bring your food, clothes and your time.

What makes this property unique

Family friendly with plenty of safeguards for any littles (pool safety fence, door alarms, stairway gates). Offers two separate family gathering areas, plenty on outdoor seating areas, views of the ocean and sunsets from the 4th level Eagles Nest. We have everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing beach vacation.
