SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL

We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents:

1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision.
2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in.
3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer.
4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

Conveniently located with quick access to parks, markets, restaurants, schools and the Freeways 30 and 57.

Getting Around:
• 10 mins to Peter F. Schabarum Regional Park
• 17 miles to Disneyland Park

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Beautiful home, super quiet neighborhood, all comforts of home such as coffee, shampoo, etc. clean and comfortable furniture. Appreciated the make-up towels, and very fancy master bathroom and bedroom! Great size house for us and our adult children. We will definitely return to this home!

Overall great stay with a few needed updates

We had a good stay overall — the house is spacious, well-located, and has a lot of potential. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the amenities. That said, there are a few things that could use attention. Most notably, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. A few maintenance issues also need to be addressed to improve the experience. With some updates, this could be an excellent rental.

I'm tired of inaccurate listings. The oven was out of service and they had no plans to fix it. That's a major issue that should have been disclosed. It wasn't until check-in.

Disappointed

Half the appliances don’t work. Pool unusable due to having a water hose and vacuum hose that wasn’t permitted to be disconnected. Backyard pictures looks great. Unfortunately very disappointed. House was clean but only 1 tv in entire house. Sleeping on mattresses is like sleeping on the floor. Hard as hell. Clean and nice location but that’s about it. Plus check in process was a pain in the ass.

Spacious, clean, and great location

Absolutely perfect rental home for our trip to the convention center for the week. Im total we had 5 adults (my husband, myself and business partners.) We each had private rooms that were comfortable and clean. It was only about 20 for us to get from house to anaheim by convention center. All restaurants and stores are within 5-10 minute drive. The pool was clean and nice outdoor space. This would be a great family/friends spot for travel as well. We will book again for any future trips to LA area. Thank you for a great experience.

Summer start

Based on previous review we found place to be as suspected. There were bonuses to the house that made it super fun and it was big enough for 6 of us comfortably! Pool was just barely warm enough to get in but only for a few minutes and not comfortable. Good value for the price and we will stay there again!

Nothing worked and it was dirty

We were so excited that we had a home to stay in as my husband was having surgery. I wanted a quiet place for him to recover. We checked in that is when I started noticing the cobwebs, the dirty walls, dirty counters. I went out bought Clorox wipes and paper towels as there were none I started cleaning the kitchen, took an hour and half. Got my husband back from surgery went to turn on the television it was only streaming services with no directions plus come to find out the batteries were no good. Not to mention that the stove didn’t work, there was a toaster oven with no directions. Then the microwave stopped working. I emailed them to let them know about the issues and was emailed back responses of use the button that indicates up and down for the volume on the TV. Then I was told to unplug the microwave and plug it back in. When I reiterated that the microwave was broken as many other things in the house. I was told that they would bring a new microwave. That was dropped off. The problem was it was a 700 watt microwave. We had bought food to microwave for dinners. Well that microwave didn’t warm up a muffin in 2 minutes. The pool was filthy. Was told the vacuum would clean it. It did not. My advice save your money, it was worthless to rent this home as none of the things that should have worked, worked. Very disappointed.
