On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, the other two have a sofa bed (to take off). Also on the upper floor is a bathroom with tub / toilet. On the ground floor is a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a similar seating area and a fireplace. Next bndet in the EC a second bath, equipped with shower and toilet and a storage room. Through the conservatory leads to the beautiful, furnished terrace. The house has underfloor heating. The bathrooms are additionally equipped with wall radiators. On the property is a parking space with carport available. Attention: The driveway over the beach road is closed with a barrier and is only possible for investors. Tourists receive a barrier card. For these raises the landlord a deposit of 50, - Euro, which are payable on arrival.

The cottage was built in 2006. It is located on a very well maintained property in Untergöhren at the Fleesensee. The beach with sunbathing area, playground, water sports and diving center is only 100 meters away.  The house is comfortable and modern equipped and can accommodate 6 people.
